My son and I had an amazing time at this beautiful placeā€¦.the view was incredible and the doorman was very knowledgeable about Barcellona!! We will definitely be back!!

Rummelig lejlighed m. forholdsvis godt udstyret kĆøkken (tag selv skarpe kĆøkkenknive med). Effektivt aircon-anlƦg. Faste madrasser. Stor altan m. spisebordssƦt og lille loungesƦt. Udsigt over hav, strand, byomrĆ„de og ind i hĆøjlandet. En fordel om sommeren, at lejligheden vender mod NƘ, fordi solen sĆ„ ikke bager pĆ„ altanen og lejligheden hele dagen (der var rigeligt varmt i skyggen). Den store pool levede op til forventningerne. HjƦlpsomme receptionister. Bus H16 kĆører bl.a. til Placa CataluƱya.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schƶn und gut ausgestattet. Leider haben wir nicht gefunden, ob und wie sie zu beheizen ist. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Ein groƟes Einkaufszentrum in unmittelbarer NƤhe mit mƤƟig guten Restaurants. Man benƶtigt ca30-40 Minuten mit dem Bus H16 zur Innenstadt. Dieser bringt Sie auch zum Plaza Espaniol. An dem man mit dem Airportbus 46 schnell und gĆ¼nstig den Flughafen erreicht. Wir hatten ein 4Tage-Ticket. Das sich sehr lohnt.

Nice view but missing some touches

We stayed 5 days/4 nights. The condo is in the suburbs, very close to the beach, a park and a mall with a grocery store. Everything you need is close by. We didn't have a car & took a taxi cab everywhere. Cab prices to get to the Marina, Gothic Quarter, Sangrada, Casa Battlo ranged from $15 to $30 each way depending on the time of day with traffic and different tarrifs. The condo balcony was nice and had a great view, sunrise was very nice to watch. On arrival check in was quite simply, we waited in the lobby for 15 minutes and somebody came down to greet us and take us up to the condo, within minutes he was gone and left us with 2 sets of keys. The power did go off twice within the first hour of us being there. It was a problem with the breaker panel and needed to be reset. I emailed and in just over an hour she got back to me but we had figured the issue by then. She agreed to have someone come and look at it if it kept happening. It did happen again while we were there but only once a day so it wasn't a big deal. Towels given were not enough. Each person was given 1 med blue towel and each washroom had 1 floor towel and 1 hand towel. 2 of us are females with long hair so we had no towel for our hair when we came out of the shower, nor did we have a pool towel. We had been hoping to go visit the pool but with only 1 towel we would be constantly doing laundry and waiting around for a clean one before we showered afterwards. The shower door in the ensuite leaks. It looks like this has been a problem for some time. The floor towel is definitely needed and gets quite wet. We were having to put it in the dryer after using it so in the end we were all just using the main shower. The faucets were modern but starting to look dated, maybe due to the salt in the sea, things rust easily. Thr vents in the unit were very dusty and the baseboards need a good wipe town as there is sticky stuff and dust on them. The light switches should also be wiped down as I did a few and my cloth was brown. The microwave door open button is broken and the glass top on the kitchen table is cracked. The cracked area is close to the wall but it is sharp. If children were staying there they could really injure themselves. The kitchen had everything we needed, we only cooked a pizza one afternoon and cut up fruits and veggies but it was well stocked with items that one would need. Overall it is a decent place, it just needs some t.l.c and a really good clean and towels

Rien Ć  redire, trĆØs bien accueilli. Logement moderne, avec superbe terrasse, quartier d'affaire, avec plein de restaurant Ć  moins de 5 mn. TrĆØs belle piscine mais non chauffĆ©e.

Lovely apartment, needs some tlc

The apartment was in a lovely location; beautiful veiws, walk across the road to the beach, and a big shopping centre close by. It is a quiet residential apartment. The nearest Metro is behind the shopping centre. Hop on hop off stop is 5 min away, opposite the shopping centre. The apartment is looking tired, the automatic blind in the main bedroom needs attention, and the linen and towels threadbare. Only 2 towels and 2 pool towels provided for 4 of us . Mismatch cutlery, no wine glasses, etc. The oven had not been cleaned. Bedroom wardrobe door has obviously fallen off and is stacked on the balcony. Old sofa with a grubby cover on the balcony. For the price paid and the beautiful location I would have expected more.
