Spacious upstairs apartment 2 blocks from AT&T stadium within entertainment district (Six Flags, Texas Live, Globe Life Park). Entire apartment is for guests and offers an affordable, clean, and relaxing place to stay. Two bedrooms with queen size beds as well as a pull out sofa bed in the living area (sleeps a total of six). Full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Full kitchen with necessary pans/utensils is provided. Smart TV (no cable) allows you to enjoy your favorite shows via your Netflix or Hulu account. Wifi included. Two free uncovered parking spots available with reservation. We are a young couple who love to provide our guests with Texas hospitality.

This cute apartment was perfect for our family for the night. It's a good location and spacious and had everything we needed. The shower was fantastic. Everything was great for us, we will definitely be back!

Comfortable and Convenient

Comfortable, laid back atmosphere. Super close to everything we were interested in. Clean apartment. Owner was responsive and friendly! 2 thumbs way up!

Not bad

Not a bad place. Our only disappointment was the lack of cleanliness. If it had a nice deep clean it would be a wonderful stay.

Comfortable but disappointing

The two queen beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was very good since it was very hot outside. We did not use the sofa bed. The property is old but it looks like it is being renovated slowly. It is stocked minimally and could have used a deeper cleaning. We were only there mostly to sleep so it was acceptable.

Nice stay

Needed a few more amenities. Only had a very small frying pan. Needed a bigger pan for even a small breakfast for 2. Asked for kitchen tea towels but was told to use paper towels. Cannot stand wasting so that was awkward. Washing machine issues were reported to landlord. Overall great, great location for our needs. Walking distance to our venues. Felt very safe in the neighborhood. Would rent again but bring more supplies.

Nice Location Nice Place

My friend and I got very ill at the location due to the mold and harsh cleansers. The owner of the property was very nice with letting us leave the unit after one not if stay. We both have bad allergies (maybe that’s why we are great traveling friends) we get sick easily and we know how to care for one another and thank goodness the owners were accommodating letting us out of the unit. I have to tell you if you don’t have allergies it’s a must to rent. Long story short I did not have to go to the ER due to taking my medication, but my friend had to go to the ER for treatment due to not taking her medication right away. We did locate another place in the area with less space and not out in the street for 5 more nights. THANKS 😊

Will not be staying there again...

Property was very close to the stadium, so that was a plus. It was an old building that needed a deep cleaning. Kitchen had dried food on counters and stove . Bathroom floor and walls dirty as well. They did provide all bathroom stuff towels, toliet paper and there was soap under the sink. Kitchen has dish soap, paper towels and trash bags. Beds were soft, but my husband, son and I all had bites all over us, not sure if it was bed bugs or what but after looking up what bed bug bites look like I think that's definitely what it was on our backs arms, legs . Hopefully they get that taken care of before renting out again. I hate to leave bad reviews but bed bugs is a big deal and one of my biggest fears. Host did apologize and said they would get it an exterminator soon.

Disappointed

First off, I can do old, creaky floors, and not updated properties. What I CANNOT do is filth. The moment we walked in it smelled of cigarette smoke. We were there 10 minutes and my kids had caked on black dirt on their feet. Under the couches and beds were wrappers. Lollipop sticks. Globs of hair. In the kitchen.. the stove, microwave, and kitchen table had not been cleaned. There was crusted food from previous people. We opened the cabinet and there was Tupperware with old food in it, a wal mart bag with left over opened food and trash. The blankets that are left in a closet were wadded up like they had not been washed. We ended up going to wal mart to buy blankets because I figured if the floors had not been swept, tables had not been wiped down, then how could the linen have been washed. We reserved for 2 nights but ended up only staying for 1 night. The location is close to all the entertainment, but we weren't able to sleep because of music at 2am and the gun shots from the apartments behind us. I did contact the property manager as soon as we got there. He offered for someone to come clean the unit the next day. I didn't even bother to message him back. We left Sunday morning instead of Monday. I'm just sad and disappointed. The pictures looks so beautiful on the website. It was not. I wish I could post the real pictures on here .

It’s okay

The location is great for AT&T stadium, Globe Life Field and Six Flags. However, it was completely run down. The property needed an entire paint job. All of the walls had very visible stains. The kitchen utensils were clearly used and abused - the cabinetry and appliances needed to be cleaned. The bed is on a slab and it’s very uncomfortable. The front door has a cracked sill so it was letting a lot of the outside air inside. And all of the windows sills looked as if to never been wiped down. 3 stars for the good location and great communication with the owners

Convenient

The best thing this property has going for it is the location. We were easily able to walk to AT&T stadium for the Cowboys game. Unfortunately, the property was run down and showed a lot of wear and tear. It appeared to be clean, but it was difficult to tell, honestly. There were marks on the walls, and damage to the floor. The air worked great, and the beds were comfortable.

Chesney concert

What a great location for an event at the AT&T stadium. We were able to walk back and forth as needed. Also loved the fact that BOTH beds were queen sized! Will recommend to anyone traveling to the area for an event at the stadium.

Well kept place. Complementary ice and spices was nice to have. Internet was fast.

We were able to walk to a local taco restaurant. Cartel Taco! Delicious tacos and great drinks from the bar. Walking back after all the food, there was a CrossFit gym outside and made us feel guilty. Then stopped by a Comic book store for the kids. We had fun!

Great value, close to my family

Great value, all the the necessasry items included. Being older, I would request a first floor unit. The steps are steep and the open risers made me nervous.

We lived in this apartment for two years before moving to a home. We really appreciated being to walk to events at the stadiums, as well as the central location. The apartment is located within a small four plex building. It is clean and nicely redone, but within an older building. We rent each of the four apartments out on VRBO.
