Childrenā€™s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!

Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more!

DVD Rentals - Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.

Bay Watch has 18 bodies of water including indoor and outdoor lazy rivers. Sandtrap Sports Bar is a guest favorite, open daily. Fishtails is a seasonal pool bar featuring fun cocktails and live entertainment during the warmest seasons. There is also a gift shop selling trinkets and forgotten items to make your trip complete.

Beautiful oceanfront condo

I loved the view of the ocean from the property. This property had a lot of top brand which was very surprising to me. The cleanliness of the condo was great easy access to the beach. The staff was wonderful. Do not forget to ask for the free mini golf included with your stay. Definitely recommend booking this condo.

Enjoyable vacay with family

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. Property was well-maintained and staff was very friendly and helpful. Condo was clean and comfortable. Beach access was good and not too far out. Parking deck is just across street and easily accessible. We found the elevators to be pretty fast to be a large, busy resort. We would stay at this property again.

Always enjoy the Bay Watch, this condo was very nice ,clean, nice furniture, nice decor, beds were a little hard for us BUT that's just our preference. I highly recommend this condo. There was a plumbing issue reported it to main desk within half an hour problem fixed very polite and friendly maintenance gentleman. Things happen its how's its handled that matters. Had wonderful stay first time we've gone away for Christmas had very enjoyable time.

The room is exactly how the pics look! I was a little nervous pics would be out dated and not match but it's fantastic! Very clean other than one pillow case having a stain. The showers are amazing, large, comfy, and hot water lasts for over an hour. Only downfall are the beds are not comfortable they are very firm which is why I put 4 stars but maybe some people like that. The hotel is great. Everyone we encountered were kind and helpful. Love the access to the beach and pools. I am disappointed that the kiddie splash areas are not heated. They were freezing! My kids are younger so it was a bummer for the water to be freezing and wouldn't go in it. The other pools are heated. Also the hotel advertises that kids under 10 eat free but that was not the case for the Cafe. Under 3 was free but 4-10 had a cost. I even asked and the server told me no. The sports bar kids ate free.

We were very happy with our accommodations. The condo was very nice and all the amenities were great. This condo was located in Bay Watch and it was very convenient to the beach and other points of interest. Our only complaint was check out time is 10:00 am for everyone in the complex and there were not enough luggage carriers for the amount of people checking out. Overall the room was good considering how old the property is. We did kill a roach the first morning we were there. Itā€™s the beach so to be expected. We did not have room service which was fine with me. However one day housekeeping did come in and collect towels from the bathroom and they must have realized they were not supposed to be in the room and left but never replaced the towels they took. When I made the front desk aware they all acted baffled but never gave us new towels. Had to call a second time to get them. I did notice mold on the ac vents. We disinfected everything down upon arrival. The room did smell heavily of bleach but the floors had not been swept or they did a crappy job as there were food crumbs on the floor most likely from the previous occupants. I have high cleaning standards so this may not bother some people. The hotel was at full capacity so it was pretty busy. The best time for using the pools is early morning after that people put trash in the pools. One pool had throw up in it that sat there all day until they cleaned the pool in the morning. Would not recommend using pools. The beach was absolutely perfect no complaints here. Overall Iā€™d give it 3 stars Iā€™ve stayed at nicer hotels and resorts but Iā€™ve also been at worse. I will say it did have a nice kitchen and plenty of things to use for cooking and eating. Beds were comfortable and the view from the room was amazing

Love The BayWatch!!

We have stayed here probably 8 or more times over the last 5 years. In that time we have only had a issue 2 times. This new management company is awesome! Since we visited in early May I don't know if they brought back the nightly DJ's I hope they did but if your visiting the MB area you have to stay here you won't regret it!!!
