To the south-east, a view of the Old Port and Notre-Dame de la Garde; and to the north-west, a view of the Mucem and the northern harbour of Marseille stretching to the Côte Bleue. What better way to admire these views than from a small outdoor area facing both Notre-Dame and the Côte Bleue? Situated in the centre of Marseille, this is the ideal location to enjoy life in the city.

This property is offered exclusively under a ‘mobility tenancy’ – a furnished tenancy agreement lasting between 1 and 10 months – reserved for people in a situation of temporary mobility (studies, training, work placements, professional assignments or transfers, etc.). Signing the tenancy agreement is mandatory in order to gain access to the property.
Once you have made your booking, you will be asked to provide the following documents to complete your application and draw up the tenancy agreement: proof of identity for the occupants, contact details, proof of address where applicable, proof of home insurance, proof of your employment status or reason for temporary relocation, as well as the required proof of income (e.g. payslips or financial statements for the self-employed).
Please ensure, before making any booking, that you are eligible for the mobility tenancy agreement and able to provide these documents. If the tenancy agreement is not signed and the required supporting documents are not provided, you will not be granted access to the accommodation.

Layout of the flat:
The flat is situated on the 6th floor (with a lift) of a listed building, which is itself situated on high ground. As such, the views are breathtaking.

South-east side: a living room and open-plan fitted kitchen, opening onto the outdoor loggia, a dining area and a bedroom with a double bed (140x190).
North-west side: a second bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a large bathroom offering an incredible view.

The flat is fully equipped to make you feel right at home: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a Nespresso coffee machine, complimentary welcome coffee capsules…

Please note that the bathroom window is at the same height as the bath. This flat is not suitable for children.

By staying at the “Blue Bay” accommodation, you are choosing a traditional neighbourhood in France’s second-largest city, right by the sea. It is a neighbourhood undergoing rapid change, situated at the crossroads of the Vieux Port district (the symbol of Marseille), the Panier district (France’s oldest neighbourhood) with its characteristic narrow streets, the Mucem and Major esplanades—which symbolise Marseille’s regeneration—and the Euroméditerranée district with its skyscrapers, a sign of Marseille’s renewed economic vitality.

- Metro: M1, Vieux-Port station, a 10-minute walk away.

- The airport can be reached by shuttle bus to Saint-Charles railway station, but we recommend using taxis or ride-hailing services such as Uber. Allow between 30 and 45 minutes from the airport.

You will be given a personalised welcome on arrival by a member of staff from the Cocoonr Marseille office, who will show you round the accommodation, answer any questions you may have and hand over the keys.
