## Logement
The house is well equipped and has 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds , a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms and a spacious living room with TV to relax after an intense day. The house also has a SWIMMING POOL (operational from June to September) and a spacious TERRACE which will be appreciated in summer.
You will have everything at your disposal to spend an excellent stay : parking, garage, wifi, hair dryer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, oven, iron. A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

Pets are allowed.

The apartment is a 10-minute drive from the city center, where you will find various bars, restaurants and shops. For your daily shopping, the Market Villeneuve-Les-Avignon supermarket is less than 5 minutes away by car.
Take advantage of your stay to discover the city and its must-see attractions, including the Fort Saint-André within a 9-minute drive, the Pierre-de-Luxembourg Museum within a 9-minute drive, the Philippe-le-Bel Tower within a 7-minute drive, and the "Trou de la Lune" Quarry within a 7-minute drive.

Facing Avignon, at the crossroads of Provence and Languedoc, the town is an ideal place to visit the most remarkable sites. Come and discover the cardinal's livery, the holy characters at the bend of the picturesque lanes.
The historical heritage of Villeneuve-lez-Avignon is exceptional. Indeed, six monuments are open to the visit: the fort Saint-André and the chartreuse du Val de Bénédiction, one of the largest in Europe, the abbey Saint-André and its gardens labeled Jardins Remarquables, the collegiate church Notre-Dame, the tower Philippe le Bel and the rich museum Pierre-de-Luxembourg.
The Colline des Mourgues, a preserved park in the heart of the city with magnificent views over the town and Avignon, and the classified site of the Plaine de l'Abbaye on the banks of the Rhône are natural spaces offered to walkers.
