The single-storey house, refurbished in 2022, is spacious, bright and offers a view of the sea from the entire living room, the dining room, as well as from two of the three bedrooms. The living room opens onto the first floor onto the sea and a wooded garden offering beautiful shaded spaces.

• The charming village of Saint-Georges-de-Didonne, its shops, bars and restaurants, as well as its daily market in the summer are 1.3 km / 15 min walk. The bakery is 1.0 km away.
• The nearest beach is 500 m away (beach of the small port of Saint-Georges de Didonne, sheltered from the wind and partially shaded). There is no direct access to the sea from the villa which is located overlooking the rocks.
• The large beach of Saint-Georges-de-Didonne and the sailing club (FFVoile) are 1 km away by the coastal path (pedestrian and cycle path).
• The large beach of Royan is 1.0 km away; the city center of Royan is 3.7 km away, accessible by cycle path or coastal path.
