Great place! You can tell the host really takes pride in their house. Clean, maintained, had all the amenities we needed with room to relax. Plenty of space us (2 of us stayed there). Great location - close to the resort.

Easy check-in and great communication with host. The unit has been recently remodeled with a truly unique designed. New washer & dryer which were easy to use. Kitchen was very functional as well and we enjoyed making our own breakfasts and some dinners. Pool was really nice too. We loved how close it was to the Turtle Bay beach area (east of resort) and the ample free parking to access the beach. The hikes around Turtle Bay were fun as well. We will be back. This location is among the best across all of Hawaii.

Had such a wonderful time. Would highly recommend and would definitely like to return! Location is perfect. The unit was Clean. Modern. Convenient. Kitchen and laundry made life easy traveling with a baby.

We were incredibly surprised and thankful for all the spices we needed ( we even added one to the bunch) and the fact that there was fresh coffee beans for us was so classy . It’s the little things that really make it a come back to place . Also the location was absolutely perfect. We walked over each night to watch the sunset which was so beautiful right in the beach and several really nice restaurants within walking distance . It was super quiet also

Loved this location. And condo was perfect for us. Had what we needed, clean, nicely decorated. Loved screened in porch. Easy check in, check out and communication with host. Would def stay here again.

Should have booked longer

Great location on the north shore. 2 adults and 2 teens and the 2sofa beds worked perfect with the kids. We were able to walk to the beach and use the bars and restaurants at the resort which was more than we bargained for. We only booked two nights but could have easily spent the whole week up here.

Relaxation in North Shore

My family and I attended our son’s white coat ceremony at HPU. After spending 4 nights in Waikiki we spent 4 nights at this unit. We love the decor and the ambiance. We noticed all the special extras that were included - shampoo, conditioner and the binder that had detailed instructions on info of the area and checking out. It was a well needed quiet and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. Would stay again.

Very clean and well provisioned. Good location with access to snorkeling close by. Only problem was the lack of internet until you’re signed into WiFi in the unit. That means that if you have not printed out the sign in instructions, you need to go down to the ritz Carleton to use their WiFi so you can get through gate.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide WiFi or cellular access outside of our condo or the WiFi radius to the property of Turtle Bay. The gate code does not require WiFi access, just simply having gathered the gate code from the instructions. Check-in instructions are in the application; our phone number is available as well in the event a guest does not check instructions before arriving at the property (e.g. the gate code)

Feels like home

My sons and I had an unforgettable stay through the holidays. Not only was the unit fully stocked with everything you could ever need in quality kitchenware, bathroom and sleeping necessities but it was spotless, it even had a rice cooker! Sometimes it’s the little things too! The decor was so fun looking at just hanging out during down time. Our favorite was the floor resin artwork. Amazing! Thank you for everything it was such a pleasure staying in your home!

Oahu NS vacation

We enjoyed our stay here. They had a nice folder with instructions for everything we needed. The owners put thoughtful custom decor and touches throughout to make our stay comfortable. Beach chairs and snorkel gear, an ice chest. A nice kitchen with dinette, ice a high chair and pack n play. The bathrooms were clean and had great products. We enjoyed breakfast in the screened patio with golf views. We walked to two different beaches. It’s also walking distance to the beach and restaurants at the lovely Ritz Carlton Turtle Bay resort just across the street and a short drive to a fruit and banana bread stand and other beaches and shopping. We will return!!

Wonderful place and wonderful host

Beautifully decorated , exceptionally clean and well stocked . We loved staying here. Jo was a wonderful host and replied to questions i had quickly and resolved an issue we had right away. We came with our toddler and having a travel crib , high chair and beach toys / an umbrella was so nice. The champagne and chocolates upon arrival was such a nice touch, something you never get with rentals anymore. We were so sad to leave and would love to return one day. My one and only critique is there is not much space to store your clothes ( but i do always overpack so for the average guest this might not be such an issue!). Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay.

Great Condo and View!

Aloha, We were extremely satisified with the Boss Cabin at Turtle Bay. It was clean, comfortable, and everything worked as expected. Our host was in contact with us and made our stay go smoothly. The condo was well supplied and had not only the essential amenities, but extras as well. The bed was comfortable and having two bathrooms was an extra bonus. The fridge was spacious and had an ice maker with a water pitcher included. The condo was in a great location and we felt safe and secure. An extra bonus was our personal parking spot. It was close to the condo and we never had to search for a vacant spot. We give #163 a perfect 5 out of 5 review! Mahalo!

Great location, nice stylish apt

We spent last two nights of our vacation during winter holiday. Coming from Honolulu, it was a welcome change of pace. The apartment was very comfortable and came with everything you need. Alot of thoughtful touches and handy items like beach chairs. Really liked seeing the renovation story in the guest book. The resort property is pretty and provides some restaurants within walking distance. Everything else is a pretty short drive. The primary beach in turtle Bay was very nice. Looks like a great spot to practice your snorkeling skills. I really enjoyed walking a bit to the north east where you could find a much less busy beach and park (not for swimming though). I liked the complex and parking was close to the apartment. Very nice neighbor lady. This is a bottom level apartment so you will hear the upstairs neighbors rolling their luggage around (but no issue with hearing boices/tv).
