Agence Cocoonr offers this charming 110 m² duplex flat, ideally located in the heart of Vannes city centre. It can accommodate up to 4 people.

Located on the top floor of a character building, the flat is accessed via a period staircase. Please note that there is no lift and that access may be difficult for people with reduced mobility.

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- A 30 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine...
- 1 double bedroom with Queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with walk-in shower and WC

1st floor:
- A second bedroom with a double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with bath and WC
- A small mezzanine area with a 2-seater sofa

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
