Water’s Edge Luxury Cottage

Our cottage is right on the edge of the Sheepscot River in the heart of MidCoast Maine. Enjoy expansive water views, amazing sunsets, beautiful walking trails, and a large dock for launching your kayaks. Located at the Sheepscot Harbour Village, it is a short walk to Wiscasset, Maine’s Prettiest Little Village, where you can find delicious food, bakeries, local boutiques, art galleries and the famous Red’s Eats lobster rolls. Just a short drive away are Boothbay Harbor and Damariscotta as well as a number of other small coastal communities each offering something special. Our comfortable home is a welcome retreat from the world and a place to relax after a day of exploring, hiking, boating or any one of the many activities found in this area.

The home's open living area contains a well-stocked kitchen with everything needed to prepare a meal, a generous dining table for 6 and a sitting area with large TV and a wall of windows overlooking the water. Take in the view from this area or head outside through the French doors to bask in the beautiful unobstructed views of the water and the incredible sunsets each night.

Two of the three bedrooms have king sized beds and one has a queen bed. All have a ceiling fan. The first floor master bedroom has an en-suite with a tub/shower combination. The second floor master bedroom has access to a second-story balcony and is perfect for a morning cup of coffee.

On site parking is available. A washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided.
