This fully renovated brand new 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is located in downtown Meredith. With treetop views of Lake Winnipesaukee, the historical town library, and the church, this second floor gem has an open, efficient layout. Sleek, bright, and minimal. It has all modern equipment: including refrigerator, range, dishwasher, European style wash/dryer, and A/C.
It has a spacious eat-in kitchen, with shaker kitchen cabinets, stainless steel countertops, tiled backsplash with industrial pot hanger and can fit 4-6 seat people at the dining table comfortably, so you can use the living room to entertain and as a work from home office. 2 bright and beautiful bedrooms, one with a Queen sized bed and one with a Twin bed and, for extra sleeping, there is a Day Bed in the living room to round out the number to 4. Start your morning in the chic, yet elegant, bathroom: white subway tiled wall, mosaic floor, white Carrara marble shelf, frameless shower door, ventilation, and all top of line plumbing fixtures completed with the east-facing skyline window that lets in the morning glory light.
The Lilly Pad has its own separate entrance, the use of stairs is required to access the unit, and one outdoor parking space.
It is within 2 minutes' walking distance from Town Docks, Lake Winnipesaukee, the local library, a well-stocked book store open 7 days a week, Hermit Woods Winery, and a 5-minute walk to Swasey park, an 8-minute walk to Lake Waukewan, a 10-minute drive to Moulton Farms to get fresh produce and the most amazing cider belly donuts, 15 minutes drive to Gunstock Ski mountain. Enjoy breakfast at the local's favorite: George's Diner. Spend your afternoons' wine tasting, and finish with dinner at Frog Rock Tavern - a local favorite with the best pickle fries you have ever tasted. You have everything that downtown Meredith offers yet minutes away from the beautiful lakes, mountains, nature hiking trails.
