Luxury condo one block from the lake and downtown!

Tastefully decorated luxury condo, located one block from the lake and town! Upper level houses the master suite with jetted tub and full shower, 2nd bedroom with queen bed, and full guest bath. Two spacious bedrooms downstairs one has queen bed the other has bunk bed with full mattress upper and lower and 2 futons. The 3rd full bath located lower level. Filtered views of the lake from the upper deck and lower patio. 5 flat screen TV’s, internet access throughout the home, AC, propane fireplace, and washer dryer.
Garage is not accessible.
We have 5 outdoor camera’s located at all entrance and exit locations. One is located above outdoor hot tub that is reserved for owners only. These will be on at all times.

Wonderful place

This is a wonderful townhouse that was conveniently located close to the marina and downtown. It was a very easy walk daily to the marina. This home is very well maintained and fully stocked for cooking at home. I would highly recommend this place and will be looking to stay again.

A few days at McCall

The property location was great. Easy walk to the lake and town. The information about how to get in was pretty close to our stay and we would have liked to have that earlier. Most e writhing emwas great, exceptions were a king power outage with no contact from the host when we tried to contact them. Also the toilet in the master bathroom was not in good working order. The place is clean and well stocked with everything you need. It is very comfortable.

Nice townhome and location!

We enjoyed our stay over the July 4th weekend at this nice townhome with easy access to the marina, beach and downtown. The house was well kept with a fully equipped kitchen, good sized rooms and an open living/dining area. For a true luxury classification and the price justification, it would be fitting to have an installed washer/dryer, working bbq/grill, soap/shampoo in bathroom and available paddle boards/bikes in the garage for general use. Nonetheless, we made it worked for us but would have appreciated it more with the above mentioned.

Good & bad.

Bad: Froze our butts off downstairs- No heat, and no response from owner when we asked for his help TWICE! Bad: No extra blankets in place, so our guests froze. Bad: Creaky broken box spring in the master. Every move made a creak. Bad: High cost. Bad: No Apple TV remote despite the listing touting this as a feature. Bad: Filthy oven. Bad: No Kleenex to be found. Bad: No trash cans in bedrooms. Good: Nice location. Good: Kitchen well stocked. Good: Nice large table. Good: Fireplace. Good: Comfortable seating in living room. I would like partial refund to compensate our 4 guests that froze downstairs.

Robert, We're sorry this property did not live up to your standards. I would like to take this time to address the "Bad" you mentioned in your review. -I personally conducted a trial with the thermostat and was able to maintain a comfortable temperature of 74 degrees downstairs with thermostat set at 76. This however changed when using the fireplace upstairs. Unfortunately, the heat produced by the fireplace affects the thermostat and overall performance of the HVAC system. I did respond to your one message regarding this but never heard anything further. I assumed the problem was resolved. -I located 3 extra blankets that didn't appear to be used. -The box spring in master is in working condition, not broken. Unfortunately not all beds are created equal and produce some noise. Some of the noise is coming from the bed frame. -We're confused on the review regarding "high cost". We feel our lodging fee is very competitive with the time of year/location/amenities and is transparent prior to booking. -We recently changed from apple tv to Amazon fire tv. We did this to streamline and make all tv's within the property the same. Was there a specific app you were interested in that's exclusive to Apple? This has been updated on the listing. -Age of the oven, we are unable to make it spotless due to the stains. -KIeenex? We contacted several vacation rental agencies to make sure we're not missing something in providing this. We learned this is not a common item offered in other rentals. -Each bathroom has a trash receptacle and is located next to each bedroom. We are not able to offer a partial refund per your request. We would've been happy to assist in resolving the heat issue if we were made aware it was still an issue. As stated above, we replied to your typed message and didn't hear anything further. Direct communication ie. phone calls generally work best to resolve matters. We strive for highly rated reviews and feel all of our previous guests expectations were met per their posted reviews. We also understand we host guests who have exclusive expectations that will never be met. We hope your future travels bring you more joy. Sincerely, Jeff

A Gem!

This property was perfect for our family. It was was spacious and very well equipped with plenty of kitchen appliances and dishes. The beds were comfortable too. I highly recommend this condo.

Great location

This location can’t be beat. Close to water and restaurants. House is clean and roomy and has everything in the kitchen to cook meals. We would absolutely rent again.

McCall getaway!

Enjoyed overall. Did not appreciate having to clean fridge, stove & microwave & outdoor grill on arrival. Beds/baths were clean & comfortable. Condo was extremely well equipped & location could not be beat!
