Plus, you and your group will enjoy easy trail access to the Burro Trail that's less than a 10-minute walk away and seasonal access to the Columbine outdoor heated pool and hot tub area across the street. This condo is a great year-round choice for you, your family and friends!

This 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom deluxe penthouse condo is a perfect mountain getaway for families or groups of up to eight people. The living room features nice natural light, comfy sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace for relaxing after a day of mountain adventures. Just off the living area is the porch that overlooks the old growth pine tress in the national forrest that this serene property backs directly up to. The fully equipped kitchen has all the gear youā€™ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. Thereā€™s seating for six people at the dining table and room for three more at the breakfast bar.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a private washer/dryer, garage parking for one car and additional lot parking for another car. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. The space was incredibly roomy, making it perfect for our group to spread out and relax. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The location couldn't have been betterā€”just a short walk to the Quicksilver lift, which made getting on the slopes a breeze. Having a garage to park our car was a huge plus, especially with the winter weather. The team at Summit Mountain Rentals was fantastic, providing great communication throughout our stay.The only downside was the hot tub situation. While the listing mentions access to hot tubs, they are part of a community setup across the street. Only three out of four were working, and since they serve multiple condo complexes, they were often crowded. It would have been nice to have a more exclusive, conveniently located hot tub to enjoy after a long day of skiing.Overall, though, this condo was an excellent place to stay, and we would definitely come back! Highly recommend for a comfortable and well-located mountain getaway.

Good location short walk to Quicksilver

Good location. Use door out back of garage then short walk across Maggieā€™s bridge to Quicksilver lift. Everything needed for a family stay like washer/dryer, large bunkbeds, fireplace, dining table, large fridge, microwave, etc. I sleep better in a dark bedroom, but the main bedroom needs blackout drapes. It has drapes but they are thin and the walkway is lit all night. Only that one issue otherwise we look forward to a repeat future stay in C403 again.

Family Ski Vacation

Everything just as pictured and described. We are a family of four (4) plus 2 (our childrenā€™s couples). The apartment is very good located by Maggieā€™s and extremely easy to get to Quicksilver Chair and ski in close to the steps to the building the apartment is situated. Loved the light into the leaving, dining and kitchen area. We would happily book again. We enjoyed many great dinners inside the apartment and lots of beautiful memories were created to treasure forever. I would say it could have a deeper cleaning in the bedrooms and some of the shelves. Perhaps some wine glasses would come in handy if you enjoy wine after a great day of skiing. Besides that, we could not ask for more and would definitely recommend this property. Our son even got engaged in one of the sites recommended by the owners. Really liked it :)

Really nice location and space

The upstairs bedroom felt nice and far away from the downstairs bedroom and living space. Everything was clean. Lots of storage space. The walk to and from the quicksilver lift was easy about 3 minutes each way. The quicksilver lift is the beginner area so it was just an access lift but got the day started. Access to the pool and hot tub was across the street but also easy to get to. Walk to town was nice also cutting through the marriott property.

Comfortable and close to lift

We stayed for a week in January and enjoyed our time. The quicksilver lift is less than a 5 minute walk and you can ski back to the property. The unit is well stocked and comfortable. Thank you!

Great mountain and ski retreat

A fantastic condo in a perfect location close to the Quicksilver lift and Main St. Fit 5 adults comfortably and having 3 full bathrooms is a plus! Will definitely look to book again anytime I visit Breck.
