This home and its owners deserve a 5 star rating due to how how quickly they addressed our concerns and their prompt response to the very minor issues we had. It is a great location and within a great proximity to Jackson. We would definitely stay there again!

This is a great condo and it's very easily accessible from the first floor front door making it a lot easier to bring your luggage and ski gear in. Highly recommend.

Had to have the door code reset as it wasn’t working initially, but used the key to enter. Emailed the owner and the code was reset quickly so it worked fine after that. It was a comfortable and large place for our two families. And the 3 bathrooms were great for everyone to get dressed. The kitchen was fully stocked which was great so we didn’t have to get the extras that we needed for our time there. I liked that it is on one floor and no stairs! I would recommend it to anyone. Not too far from restaurants and the Teton National Park.

The place was amazing! The only problem we had was the fireplace was out of commission and the remote in one of the guest rooms didn’t work. But everything else was great! The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the location to Targhee was great. Plus, I love the shuttle service to the mountain.

Property was beautiful, clean, and had everything needed for a great stay. We did manage to have a great stay except for the issue below. I would definitely give the property 5 stars. For owner communication, I wish I could give it less than 1 star. Yes, owner communication was that poor. I was sent the property address as stated BUT the owner failed to communicate that the property was in a multi unit building with an individual unit number, and did NOT send me the unit number. Upon arrival, I called the owner’s number and received voice mail. I left a message that I had arrived at the property and needed the unit number. To date, which is now 2 weeks after my trip, I have NEVER received a response from the owner!!! I had to call VRBO help desk to obtain the unit number. Also, the combination lock information I received from the owner did not work. VRBO help desk guided me to the lock box for the unit so I could use the key. This was very inconvenient since we were 3 couples with ONE key! VRBO said the combination had to be set by the owner, and the helpful VRBO person could not get in touch with the owner either.I did love the property and would like to stay there again, but the owner needs to do a better job of communicating before I commit again! RENTERS BEWARE!

Family Vacation

The condo was very clean and nice. It was great for us because we had 3 families. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was perfect. Would stay there again. It was a great trip.

Perfect accommodations for a family vacation to ski at Grand Targhee. Very comfortable, clean, and great location between Driggs and Grand Targhee.

Perfect Place to stay when visiting the Grand Teton Naitonal Park

Property was well cared for and perfect for two adult couples because of the two "master" suites. Great place to relax after touring in the Park during the day. Fall colors were just starting to show - and the temps were perfect for walking outside without getting too hot or cold. One suggestion - replace ancient Mr. Coffee with a Bunn. It took 20 minutes to brew a pot of coffee!

Fantastic ski trip to Grand Targhee

Our stay at Teton Creek Resort was ideal for our ski trip. The condo was the perfect size so that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was small but plenty big enough for our needs. It was the best stocked kitchen of any rental I have stayed in. The living room was comfortable and the fireplace was great. The wooded area outside the sliding doors was very pretty. It was very convient being able to catch the shuttle right outside the door. You could even wait inside where it was warm and be able to see when it arrived. The location was ideal being a few miles outside of town and the closest stop to Grand Targhee. Would definately stay here again.

Skiing Targhee

This property was beautiful. It was very comfortable for us, two teenagers, and father-in-law who joined us. Location is super close to Targhee. We ended up driving so we could lunch in the car (COVID), so we did not take advantage of the shuttle. I can see how that would be nice otherwise as the parking is not super convenient at the resort. This condo was great to come home to after our ski days. Kitchen may seem small, but it was stocked with everything we could think of needing, and functioned just fine. This particular unit is not close to the hot tub area, so we never ventured over there. And there did seem to be a few fees we never knew about until booking. We ended up booking anyway and the place seemed worth it in the end. We even contacted the owner/manager to find out what type of mattresses were on the beds. They were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. It’s unfortunate the hot tubs were too far away for you. I had to count out the steps for another guest and it was like 130 or 140 and I’m about 5 foot six. Acceptable distance is relative to everyone and I am genuinely sorry the tabs were too far for you.

VRBO DID NOTHING TO ASSIST US

This unit is very nice. We have stayed in 4 other units in Teton Creek Resorts and this unit was a higher level of accommodations. The bedding, furnishings, towels - everything in the condo was nice. We were not provided any check-in information from VRBO and spend the first day (over 5 hours) on the phone with 8 different agents that offered NO ASSISTANCE, bounce from one agent to another, placed on hold for over an hour multiple times to be finally told that the agent "is not able to access the system". We finally found a hotel to take our two children for the night. I called again and again the next day, was promised that I would be contacted "via email only" by VRBO for restitution. I have not heard anything from VRBO and it has been five days. VRBO does not have customer service and does not guarantee booking!

Almost perfect...

The property was perfect for us ~ three couples, ages 59-70, that travel together frequently. Each couple had a private bedroom & bath which included very comfortable beds, plenty of towels & washcloths, and a lot of storage space for clothes. There was, however, a problem with communication. A couple days before we left, I tried contacting the property manager for the check in instructions. We did not receive a response until close to the time we arrived. We were booked for 4 nights; on the 4th night we came home to a changed code and were locked out. Thankfully a prior guest had left one of the bedroom windows unlocked and we were able to get in. Needless to say, that was very disappointing. The property itself was great.
