Everything went smoothly with help of our host. Apartement was beautyfull with excellent sea view. Access to the sea shore is easy. Our host was very friendly and helpfull❤

Excellent location, beautiful view

We have spent a week in this apartment with 3 kids (1,12,14). We liked very much the view from the balcony. The sea is just step away which is extremely convenient. We like the pool as well. It has salt water. There is also small bar nearby where you can have very good coffee. The 3 bedroom apartment has everything you need (especially in the kitchen), however there are some things which can be renewed. 2 bedrooms was bit noisy early morning (because of cars or people were talking). We liked it

4 60 plussers in huis pinia

Huis ligt mooi aan de zee. Wel is het weggetje naar beneden best spannend de helling is 30%, maar is toch goed te doen. De auto kan goed geparkeerd worden bij de woning. De eigenaar woont boven het appartement. Het appartement heeft een fantastisch uitzicht maar is wel wat ouderwets ingericht. Alles is wel aanwezig en werkt en er zijn goede bedden. In het naseizoen zou er een renovatie starten.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und würden gerne wiederkommen. War alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Sehr nett und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!!!

Traumhaft!

Als wir in die Ferienwohnung kamen, waren wir begeistert. Was für ein großartiger Blick auf das Meer und die Inseln! Wer einen entspannten Badeurlaub machen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Das Meer ist kristallklar und liegt direkt vor der Tür. Da es überall Einstiege mit Leitern und kleinen Badebuchten gibt, kommt man trotz felsiger Küste leicht ins Wasser. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit bei Ihnen.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung und die Poolanlage sind sehr gemütlich und sauber. Alle Fenster und Türen sind mit Mückenschutz ausgestattet. Der große Balkon bietet Platz für 7 Personen und verfügt über einen atemberaubenden Meerblick. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Das Gastgeberehepaar wohnt im oberen Stockwerk und war stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer. Sehr schöne Terrasse mit sehr gutem Blick auf das Meer und die Insel Solta. Wohnung ist mit Mückennetzen ausgerüstet. Die sanitären Anlagen in der Wohnung sind teilweise veraltet. Möbel teilweise ebenso.

Angenehme Atmosphäre, Poolanlage sehr schön & sauber, Zugang zum Meer war nur einige Schritte, große geräumige Unterkunft mit traumhaftem Ausblick! In der von uns genutzten Nachsaison total ruhig - wie von uns erhofft... Sehr gute Restaurants sowohl auf der Insel als auch in Trogir!! Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und geben deshalb ein überzeugtes "absolut empfehlenswert" ab!!!

Great villa over the Adriatic sea

We really enjoyed staying at the Villa Pinia. Positives: 1) direct access to the sea - rocky beach with ladder 2) swimmig pool 3) great view 4) quiet place 5) great support from the owner who lives on the top floor flat 6) proximity to Split airport but not in the fly path Negatives: 1) steep motor access - really scary with the car the first time, going down and coming back up 2) no shop in the village - nearest shopping center can only be reached by car (in october)

Znakomite miejsce wypoczynku, apartament mega, właściciel rozkoszny. Szkoda, że trzeba wracać do domu. Kto tam był, wróci ponownie :)

Wysoki standard, świetna lokalizacja

Świetnie wyposażona willa, klimatyczne przestronne wnętrze (apartament dla 7 osób na piętrze). Super basen i ogród, mili właściciele. Dom bezpośrednio przy morzu i skalistej plaży, ale fajna plaża żwirkowa z niewielkim barem tuż obok.

Wspaniałe wakacje

Polecamy. Miejsce idealne do odpoczynku. Cisza, spokój. Właściciele bardzo mili i weseli. Widok z okien i tarasu -rewelacja. Podjazd - trochę stromy, ale jak ktoś był w Karpaczu lub Szklarskiej to da radę. Plaża z zejściami do morza jako drabinki -10 m. od posesji- super, inne około 100m. Woda cieplutka.
