Good for the soul

This Villa was absolutely as described. The view of the Tuscan Hills was breathtaking and so relaxing. The house is small, but equipped with everything you need and was very comfortable. The Wi-Fi was excellent. The only thing I would say that could be a negative is that the stairs to the upstairs bedroom are spiral stairs and likely difficult for anyone who is larger or mobility challenged. We loved it here and would definitely rebook.

Beautiful location with the mountains all around, quiet surroundings, wonderful pool but too cold to swim in (around 65 degrees). Interior very rustic, bed tired, humidity smell. A bit of investment needed inside.

Perfekte Location

Diese kleine Finca mit dem Pool am Hang mit einem Blick über das Tal hinweg bis zur Insel Elba ist einfach traumhaft. Von hier aus lassen sich tolle Ausflüge machen in die vielen kleinen, ebenso reizvoll Städtchen wie Roccastrada

Traumhafter Außenbereich

Die Gastgeberin Claudia hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Der rießige Außenbereich samt Pool waren sehr, sehr sauber. Innen natürlich etwas beengt aber die Aussicht entschädigt dafür. Auf das Privatgelände passen zwei Fahrzeuge, die Zufahrt führt über einen Schotterweg, ist aber für ein normales Auto absolut machbar. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Top!

wir hatten herrliche Tage im La Fornace. Absolut schönes Häuschen mit Pool. Perfekt eingerichtet in sehr ruhiger Lage und doch nur wenige Minuten in den Ort. Super nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Es war für uns einfach nur perfekt. Geniale Aussicht auf die Maremma bis hin zum Meer. Sehr gerne irgendwann mal wieder.

Nessun desiderio rimane insoddisfatto qui! Il posto migliore per festeggiare l'estate con la famiglia. Molte grazie ai proprietari, è stata una vacanza fantastica. Non siamo stati certamente l'ultima volta qui e non vediamo l'ora di rivedervi presto! ****english*** No wish remains unfulfilled here! The best place to celebrate the summer with the family. Traumhaftes Anwesen, traumhafter Ausblick

Die Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel. Beim Gebäude handelt es sich am eine alte Ziegelbrennerei aus dem 19. Jahrhundert, das liebevoll zum kleinen Wohnhaus umgebaut wurde. Alles ist in sehr gepflegtem Zustand. Sowohl der riesige Garten, als auch der Pool sind komplett eingezäunt. Ideal mit kleinen Kindern. Der Ausblick über die Maremma ist Sagenhaft. Kommen gerne wieder.

Uriges Häuschen mit fantastischen Außenbereich

Wir waren eine Gruppe mit zwei jungen Paaren und sind mit dem Auto angereist. In Roccastrada hat uns die Hausbesitzern herzlich empfangen und ist zur Unterkunft vorgefahren. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist ein schmaler Schotterweg. Wir sind mit einem Mittelklassewagen gerade durchgekommen. Dafür wird die Fahrt mit einem herrlichen Ausblick über Maremma belohnt und einem Außenbereich der seines gleichen sucht! Der Pool war riesig und sauber. Die Besitzerin war sehr hilfsbereit. Nachts Hundegebell.

Die Unterkunft entsprach genau den Beschreibungen inkl. Fotos. Herrliche Alleinlage mit bester Aussicht über die Maremma bis zum Meer. Ortszentrum dennoch in zu Fuß erreichbarer Nähe.

Sehr schön

Sehr schön und ruhig in der Natur gelegenes Ferienanwesen. Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt. Der Pool und die Aussicht sind traumhaft. In der starken Mittagshitze wären mehr schattenspendende Orte wünschenswert.
