Villa Paasirinne B is a well-equipped holiday destination for year-round vacations. It is set on a sunny, flat grassy plot in Toivakka, Central Finland, near the shores of Lake Leppävesi and close to the amenities of Toivakka.

Located 30 km south of Jyväskylä. The lakeshore is approximately 60 meters away via a natural path. There is a private rowing boat at the shore, which has a hard clay bottom with some stones, suitable for swimming for those who are proficient swimmers. A child-friendly sandy beach is available in the center of Toivakka, 4.5 km away. A local road, number 644, runs between the cabin and the shore, occasionally bringing traffic noise. Bushes and trees provide visual privacy from the road.

The wooden house was built in 1940, expanded and renovated in 1995, with furnishings updated in 2018. The combined kitchen/living room includes a sofa that can be converted into two separate beds, and the bedroom has separate beds for two (also equipped with blackout curtains). There is a bathroom, washing machine, sauna, and two hallways with wardrobes, one of which also contains a freezer. Underfloor heating is available in all areas. A small porch-terrace with a table and chairs is present, and the patio features a table, chairs, and sun loungers in the summer.

The cabin is equipped with an air source heat pump (providing cooling and heating as needed). The kitchen includes a toaster, kettle, coffee maker, a set of dishes for six, and a variety of cooking utensils, along with an electric stove and a wood stove with a small baking oven.

Bed linen and final cleaning are included in the bookings. A security and key deposit of 150 euros is required in cash upon arrival. This deposit is refundable upon departure, provided there is no damage, the key is returned, and the guest has followed the instructions properly.

A child equipment package is available for reservation, which includes a high chair, a travel cot with bedding and linens, and a potty.

The well-maintained, beautiful yard features numerous flowering shrub groups and perennial beds, offering visual delight from spring to autumn. The plantings also provide privacy. During the dark season, the conifer trees and terrace are adorned with atmospheric lighting.
