Top Floor of the prestigious Bluff Walk Condominiums. You will not believe this Penthouse view overlooking the James River. The building has 2 restaurants and a convenient parking right in front of the unit.
Additionally, its worth mentioning we are about 5 miles from LU; 5 miles from University of Lynchburg, 3 miles from Randolph College and 4 miles from VES! All these schools are super close and the travel is easy from our condo!
We are located in down town Lynchburg and in the middle of many restaurants all within walking distance. You can walk along the Bluff Walk or if you want a few more "steps" we are very close to the Percival's Island trail (its paved). There is a location to rent bikes close by as well. Lynchburg has the Academy of Arts which is constantly bringing in all kinds of entertainment. Amazement Square, the children's museum, is about 1/2 mile from the condo. On Saturdays the Community Market/ Farmers Market is literally 100 yards away.

We offer a large discount if you rent for 30 days or more.

Great place to stay. Lots of local places eat nearby. Great view.If you go to bed early and are a light sleeper, then the neighborhood noise might be an issue.

I was very pleased with the property. It was very clean and conveniently located near several restaurants and the river. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds very comfortable. There is a rooftop bar above the property where you will hear some of the music, but it was not a bother. I sleep with a sound machine, and it drowned out the sound.

Absolutely great location and in the place to be for downtown. This was our second time staying here and really enjoyed it. Keep in mind that you are on the 6th floor so on the weekends the Rooftop Bar is LOUD but the good news is that it wrapped up (noise level) around midnight. Parking is right by the door so that’s great. There aren’t luggage carts so keep that in mind. Plenty of towels & kitchen appliances/dishes. The temperature does not get below 71 (last time or this time) but they were very nice and brought some fans to help circulate the air which definitely helped feel cooler. We would definitely stay here again - they’re super nice.

The condo was super clean, modern and had everything you need. Location was perfect as we walked to all bars and restaurants. The only issue was the bar above us was rather loud, although muffled by the floors and walls, but did get loud on Thursday night. Friday and Saturday were not as loud.

Wonderful place

We enjoyed our stay and really felt we were perfectly located in the downtown area. The vrbo was clean and spacious and we were really comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Great Stay

Wonderful location on the Bluff Walk with an incredible view of the river. Spacious apartment. Well equipped kitchen, perfect for a short stay.

Beautiful sunrises and great location

We loved our stay while visiting our LU student. The opportunity to walk downtown for meals, run along the trails, sit on the balcony and have coffee while the sun rose was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Lynchburg
