If this Resort has a pool listed as an amenity; the pool hours are 8am -to- 10pm. Pool may be seasonal at cold winter climate resorts.

I can accept a 1-night stay for a weekend night if the date is within 2 days. Otherwise, Friday or Saturday nights are a mandatory 2-night minimum stay meaning: Thursday/Friday, Friday/Saturday, or Saturday/Sunday.

Studio King Special Needs: King bed in living area. Unit has partial kitchen with no oven or stovetop. Grab bars, roll-under sink, roll-in shower. Maximum occupancy 2.

ACTION NEEDED: Please send your "Booking" with -one- name (first & last) of the person who will be responsible for checking into your condo at the front desk as it appears on your/their ID. The front desk is required to view the ID at check-in and the name given by you must match the ID. ADDITIONALLY, please be aware that I need to know the person's name ON THE BOOKING REQUEST at the “Time guest submits Booking, or Booking Request” ( NOT on an inquiry ). PLEASE NOTE that; If no name is stated, the name on the right column of the VRBO Booking Request Page will be entered on the reservation -and- (name CANNOT be changed on the guest VRBO Account after the booking is accepted, in an attempt to avoid this requirement). PLEASE NOTE that there may be a fee involved for a name change once your Booking is accepted. Thank you!

IMPORTANT: The U.S. Virgin Islands government has imposed a per night fee of $25 -and- a $25 energy per night fee, to be paid at check-in at the Front Desk. These fees apply to all resorts at St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands.

The Resort maintains a high standard through its maintenance, upgrade, and refurbishment program. As a result the unit characteristics may change from time to time and vary.

When you check into the resort, the front desk will require a $250 security deposit HOLD against a credit/debit card in case any major damage should occur. The security deposit HOLD will be released on the day of departure.

One of St. Thomas's greatest attractions, Coral World has long been a favorite among visitors and residents. Park goers can swim with sea lions, Sea Trek along the ocean floor, encounter turtles, sharks and stingrays, feed the lorikeets, snuba and more.
