This beautiful 2 Bed/ 2 Bath condo has updated comfortable furnishings to make it an ideal home for your Solana Beach vacation! This beach themed, bright condo sleeps 6 and is equipped with a King + Twin in the Main bedroom, Queen + Twin Trundle in the second bedroom, and a Queen size sofa bed in the living room.
Enjoy a beautiful green community view on the west facing patio, there is one building between you and the ocean so those gorgeous views are only steps away. Both the living room and master have patios. BBQ some dinner outside on the grill. Then come inside and relax with some TV in living room and hi-speed internet included. Fireplace, washer/dryer, beach chairs, all make this property fully-equipped for your family to enjoy. Two assigned parking spaces in the gated parking garage. Take the stairs down to the beach for an evening stroll, sunbathe by the complex swimming pool or take in a game of tennis. This complex is one of the only to heat it year - round making it perfect to lap swimming great anytime!

This condo is the perfect place to enjoy beach vacations, or a needed stay-cation. Spend all day on the beach, enjoy a glass of wine in the community’s ocean view lounge at sunset.

The Solana Beach & Tennis Club complex sits on the Ocean Bluffs of Solana Beach and includes a gorgeous large pool for lap swimming (heated year-round), also 2 spas, 4 tennis courts, and a clubhouse! The condo come with 2 Parking spaces below the tennis courts. The beach access is located in the complex with stairs down to the beach and also showers to wash away beach sand.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:
- This house does not have air conditioning, only the coastal breeze and fans
- Occupancy is 6 persons max (including all children)
- No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties
- No pets
-For work from home we always recommend having a hot spot as we can't control service interruptions & outages
-Some steps must be taken throughout complex to get to front door and parking. Solana Beach & Tennis club is a large complex and does not have any luggage carts.

Utilities: For longer rentals (30 days or longer) the guest will be responsible for all gas / electricity charges over $200 per month / billing cycle. The bill will be provided to the guest and the excess will either be deducted from the deposit, billed or charged to the credit card on file. If you booked through a third party site like airbnb, payment will be requested through that third party.

Starter kits of toiletries are provided to all guests.
Supplies for the entire length of the stay are not provided.
Kitchens are stocked with dishes, drinkware, pans and cooking utensils.
Spices, oil or anything perishable are not stocked.

Located just a short walk to everything including dining, shopping and entertainment. You will have no problem finding your niche in Solana Beach!
