This floor has a living room with wood burning fireplace (not included for use in rental), TV/DVD player, 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full) a full bath (shower), sleeper futon and washer/dryer.

The home comes with a DVD player and assortment of DVDs and family games. Our home is within walking distance to the lake, but can be a steep walk back (Lake Cumberland topography can lead to some steep hills to the lake if you are new to this lake). If you prefer to drive, you'll find parking as well. Please note that as of Fall 2022, the dock is not permitted to be used with the property due to community regulations.
