Completely renovated, this magnificent traditional Auvergne house is located in a rural area in the small village of Chambeuil, 5 kilometres from Lioran ski resort and slopes. Numerous hiking trails will be available to you when leaving the house.

You will find in this accommodation all the comfort and peace you will need to enjoy your stay depending on your activities in any season.

In winter, your vehicle must be equipped with suitable tyres or chains in snowy weather as the paths are steep and the roads are inclined to get there.



This beautiful house has a capacity of 8 people.

It is composed on the ground floor: a large living room with its pellet stove and its superb country house style open to the equipped kitchen (with traditional filter coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave oven, toaster....), a bedroom with a 180x200 bed, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet.

On the first floor: a lounge area with TV and its 2-seater convertible sofa in 140x190, a bedroom with a 140x190 bed and another bedroom with two single beds of 90x190, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet as well.



You will be able to enjoy the outdoors thanks to the two terraces with their garden furniture.

This country house has an unfenced exterior, so you will need to be careful with children and animals as the road running through the village is not far away. You can park in front of the house on a sloped path for at least 2 vehicles. Vehicle equipment mandatory (chains or socks) to access in winter.



Bed linen and towels are not provided, but it is possible to rent them on request through our agency.
