In the district of Almis, 200 m from the centre, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside, south facing position. In the house: central heating system. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Supermarket 300 m, shopping centre 200 m, restaurant, bar 200 m, café 200 m, bicycle rental 300 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Firstbahn" 300 m, railway station "Grindelwald Dorf" 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 2.2 km, indoor swimming pool 400 m. Golf course (9 hole) 2.1 km, tennis 1.6 km, minigolf 300 m, sports centre 400 m, walking paths from the house 10 m, cable car 300 m, mountain railway 500 m, gondola lift 300 m, ski rental 200 m, ski bus stop, cross country ski track 900 m, children's playground 400 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: First, 300 m, kleine Scheidegg/Männlichen 2.2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Thuner-/Brienzersee 18 km. Please note: no lift. I couldn't reach out to a contact person from the Voucher (phone number was not available). Communication only in German (I understand German but Grindelwald is a place for tourists from all over the world) - you feel unwelcome. Grindlewald is nice and location of the property is good, but price-service is wrong and the overall customer experience is very low. I come every year and next time probably choose another accommodation.

Wir bedauern zu erfahren, dass Sie sich bei der Kommunikation mit der Kontaktperson vor Ort nicht ganz wohl gefühlt haben, es muss sich um ein Missverständnis handeln, denn der Schlüsselhalter spricht deutsch, französisch, englisch und holländisch. Parfaitement placé

Le petit studio est parfaitement placé pour aller en ville à pied (à cinq- dix minutes de montée assez raide) et nous avons vraiment pu apprécier notre petit déjeuner et notre fin de soirée dans le jardin. Il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait pour pouvoir profiter d'une petite semaine dans un décor magnifique. La propriétaire charmante habite sur place.

Urlaub mit traumhaftem Ausblick

eine wunderschöne, sehr saubere Lokation, nette Gastgeberin, super Lage: ruhig mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf die Berge und in die Gletscherschlucht. Die Einrichtung ist recht schlicht und in die Jahre gekommen, der Einbau einer Duschkabine wäre sehr schön, der Duschvorhang sollte ersetzt werden. Die Matratzen waren etwas größer als das Bettgestell, dadurch war die Liegefläche uneben. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren da und überzogen, unkompliziertes Eingehen auf unsere bei Extrawünsche. Aber alles in allem ein sehr schöne Urlaubsquartier zu einem angemessenen Preis. Danke!

Bad und Küche sehr Schmutzig, zudem müssen diese beiden Räume dringend Renoviert werden. Eigentlich sehr schade, den die Lage wäre toll.

schöne Lage, freundlicher Empfang, etwas spärlich ausgestattet.

das Chalet Bärgsunna geniesst eine tolle, ruhige Lage, nicht weit vom Zentrum und Zugang zu Skipisten. Anfahrt per Auto bei Schnee nur mit Allrad Antrieb, ansonsten Ketten notwendig. Herzlichen Dank an die Familie Steiner, die uns beim Ketten aufsetzen grosszügig geholfen hat! Die Wohnung Ost, kompakt, hat direkten Access zum Garten (Sitzplatz Möglichkeiten). gute Qualität Bettausstattung (Duvet). die Küche ist genügend zur Frühstück Zubereitung, aber eng u spärlich für Abendessen equipped. Freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Empfang.

Stunning Location

Stunning location looking up to the Eiger. Warm welcome from English speaking owner. Apartment very comfortable and warm with living and sleeping areas well furnished. Only downsides are thin walls (could hear person in the next apartment snoring!) and kitchen and bathroom a little dated.

The apartment was amazing!

Antonio welcomed us warmly. We showed up on a Saturday evening with no food and everything closed the next day. His family kindly gave us a basket of food. Very kind gesture we won't forget. Thank you.

Great spot! Breathtaking views

This was a magical spot! Its a little bit of a walk down and up the hill to the main road, but its worth it. Its really close to the FIRST lift, and not far from the train station. The front yard view will absolutely take your breath away. The only probable we ran into was there was a person smoking on the balcony which disrupted the overall nature atmosphere, and there was nothing they could do about it. The key holder is really nice, and when we had a problem with this kitchen faucet, they fixed it in about 15 minutes. I would recommend this for anyone looking to get away.

Amazing location!

The pictures do not do this Homeaway justice on the location! You can literally wake up to the mountains outside your window every morning, or have a nice meal in the yard with the best view of the town! The apartment is compact with all the amenities that you will need and is just a short walk to town. Constantine was nice to provide a bus card that we were able to get around town with for the duration of our stay. Overall, this was a very wonderful place to stay and provided a unique experience for our trip!

Wonderful location! Good value.

This one room apartment is neat and clean and offers a fantastic location with a killer view of the surrounding mountains and it is only a two minute walk to the center of town! The property has a lovely rear yard and is very private. There is no need to use a car unless you want to visit an area not accessible to public transportation. We would would certainly consider staying here again.
