Welcome to Au85. Our 45-square-meter apartment is the perfect getaway for a vacation by the ocean in Saint-Jean-de-Monts. It’s located right on the waterfront in a lively neighborhood, just steps away from shops and restaurants. The street is pedestrian-only from June 15 to August 31, and on weekends starting in April.
This allows you to enjoy your vacation on foot, exploring the area between the beach and the forest. The apartment was fully renovated in June 2022; it is very bright (4th floor), faces southeast, and offers a view of the sea.

Bed linens and towels are not provided; you can bring your own or rent them from the concierge service (price upon request).
The cleaning fee is not included in the price (see below for details).

This apartment reflects who we are—it’s warm and family-friendly. We love enjoying all the activities Saint-Jean-de-Monts has to offer with our children, and there’s plenty to choose from: swimming, walks, and, of course, exploring the region. We hope you’ll enjoy your stay with us!

The apartment is located in a lively neighborhood, right next to shops (bakery, butcher shop, Proxi, pharmacy, boutiques), the market, and restaurants. The street is pedestrian-only from June 15 to August 31, and on weekends starting in April. This means you can enjoy your vacation on foot, exploring the area between the beach and the forest. Parking is free in the lots along the seawall and in the adjacent streets.
The beach is just across the street. You can easily get around on foot or by bike to reach the Ferris wheel, the casino, the swimming pool, and the tourist office.

The apartment is designed to be welcoming; you’ll find tourist guides for the Vendée and materials from the tourist office. (However, it’s just a 5-minute walk away.)

Information regarding cleaning:
Cleaning is the tenant’s responsibility; the apartment must be left clean. The apartment is equipped with all necessary supplies and cleaning products.
The cleaning fee is not included in the price; it is an optional service.
The cleaning package costs €50; you have until your arrival date to choose this option.
If you do not wish to purchase the cleaning package, you will be asked to provide a security deposit check for €80, and you will be responsible for cleaning the apartment yourself.
