Bedroom 3: 1 King bed, shared bathroom with bedroom # 4, claw-foot tub, separate walk-in shower, walk-in closet.
Bedroom 4: 1 queen bed, closet, shared bathroom with bedroom # 3.

Additional sleeping areas:

Sunroom: 1 fold-out sofa bed.
Air mattresses: We offer two queen size quality air mattresses that can fit in the living room or bedrooms.

Streaming options and cable on the two 4k tvs.

Social gatherings with friends and loved ones are very welcomed here, just not out of control loud drunken parties.
