Cherry Blossom Cottage is our cute 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom 1940ā€™s cottage with HOT TUB nestled in the woods, but so close to almost everything visitors come to Prescott for... food, shopping, entertainment and the existential historic downtown square for a nostalgic feel that takes you back in time is a very short 2-minute drive or 15-minute walk through the Park neighborhood to Prescott's famous grassy Courthouse Square and of course Whiskey Row (Gurley St and Montezuma St). Cherry Blossom Cottage has everything you will need for the perfect vacation in the woods - And if you need more room MAGNOLIA MOUNTAIN COTTAGE sleeps 18 more in beds and is located only a couple minutes away from Northern Arizona Cabin Rentals' CHERRY BLOSSOM COTTAGE!

Take an afternoon stroll through the Park neighborhood and soak in all of the historic homes and landscapes from back in time when life seemed to be just a little easier. It is easy to see how much Prescott has changed over the years as well as so much of it that has more or less stayed the same.

If you love the view and the sound of the woods you will enjoy relaxing in the Cherry Blossom Cottage HOT TUB, kicking back on the CHAISE LOUNGES & COMFY CHAIRS, or dining al fresco on one of our outside tables. And if you are traveling with youngsters or a furry family member they will love playing around in the lush green back yard, sledding down the hilly streets or down the driveway of our other home, Magnolia Mountain Cottage, only a couple minutesā€™ drive away. Watch for the wild deer who prance their family in a line through our yards almost daily. Enjoy coffee, tea & hot chocolate from our Keurig or drip, utilize our full kitchen for just about any size meal. We are close to just about everything! Enjoy the neighborhood coffee shops, cafes, boutique and antique shopping right down the street. And if you don't feel like driving Uber/Lyft can get you anywhere you want to go. Give us a call and if we are in town we can give up to 5 people a lift in our gas-powered golf cart! And if you would like to stay for an extended vacation go for it, WE HAVE A WASHER & DRYER!

Upon your arrival you will receive our welcome letter including our advice with where to find our favorite local grocery stores, restaurants, places to picnic and fish, gas stations, ice cream & frozen yogurt, pubs, liquor stores, pizza, yoga, local hot spots and of course where to golf, hike, tour, horseback ride etcā€¦ And all of this is within minutes of the cottage!

When vacationing with your favorite furry family member Northern Arizona Cabin Rentals will need to know the age, breed, and weight of your dog(s). There is a pet fee you can pay through vrbo and if you decide to add your pet after you book that's ok, you can take care of that directly with us.

Please note that we DO NOT have a minimum night requirement, but we do have a minimum rate requirement that depends on when and how many guests will be staying with us. In other words, the rate for 6 people is more than it would be for 2 and even though the listing says this home can sleep 8, PLEASE MAKE NOTE that our cottage sleeps 6 guests comfortably in 3 beds and our 2 sofas can sleep 2 more little ones on our couches if you have 8 people, but any more than 6 will be a tight fit. So, you need to really like being with the people you are vacationing with!

THIS COZY COTTAGE IS EQUIPPED WITH MULTIPLE SMOKE DETECTORS CONNECTED TO THE FIRE DEPARTMENT, CARBON MONOXIDE SENSOR, AND FIRE EXTINGUISHERS.

Enjoyed our stay!

Charming house as advertised. Guy, was very helpful with my questions. This location worked well for us, as we used it for a central location to do day trips to Williams, Sedona and Flagstaff. Prescott is a great town, with wonderful food and a great park to picnic. We relaxed in the hot tub every night. Thank you very much!

We would like to introduce ourselves to our guests. My name is Guy Kobey and I am a 3rd generation Phoenician & Prescottonian and my wife Dixie, is originally from what used to be a ā€œlittle Mayberry type townā€ in Illinois called Naperville. Dixie and I have been in the hospitality industry from owning restaurants, working in restaurants and resorts, and after marrying in '98, starting to rent our family cabin. We always wanted to have our own bed and breakfast in the woods. Well, having a Vacation Rental was the next best thing. Dixie and myself along with our daughters are proud of our homes you can see at ArizonaCabinRentals, ArizonaVacationRentalsUnlimited, NorthernArizonaCabinRentals, KobeysCozyCabin, and most recently LakeOfTheOzarksLakeHouse. As seen on those sights we have a small collection of our family owned and managed vacation homes in Prescott, Pinetop, Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Paradise Valley and Lake of the Ozarks. Our goal has always been to make sure our homes have everything our guests need for the perfect family vacation as you will see in our reviews!

Cherry Blossom Cottage is tucked in a very cute neighborhood known to the locals as "Park." I believe Park got it's name due to itā€™s natural ā€œpark likeā€ setting. This is the street that separates downtown Prescott from what I think are the cutest homes in Prescott. This slow moving road meanders through the woods and is great for a walk any time of day! Cherry Blossom Cottage is about a 15 minute walk (2 minute drive) to the downtown courthouse square, known to the locals as ā€œthe square.ā€ The homes you will see off Park were mostly built a little before and after World War II (1935-1945). Many of these homes were built for our brave military officers and after the war were purchased by many of the Phoenicians who wanted a quick escape from the faster paced Phoenix area known as ā€œThe Valley of The Sun.ā€ Although some of these homes have had additions to them, so many of them, just like Chery Blossom Cottage, still look like they did the day they were built around 1940. Even though our cute little cottage looks the same as it did during the good olā€™ days, it has definitely been modernized with the items we have grown accustomed to like HVAC (Air Conditioning and Heat), a 2nd bathroom, Washer and Dryer as well as all of the modern appliances, a Hot Tub, and for safety reasons updated wiring and plumbing. And oh yes, we can not forget 1 Gig WIFI!!!
