Great place to stay for the football game! Easy checking in/keypad entry. Good communication from the owners (but I had no issues). Clean, plenty of towels, kitchen basics, streaming tv x 2 (pictures in the listing were exact). The dog even enjoyed having a reasonable pet fee. This is the perfect location for a game at the ATT Stadium - with plenty of free parking! It was easy to locate off 30E and truly a 10-12 minute walk to the game. It was also about 30 minutes to the Dallas Arboretum. Definitely a great find and the place I'll stay next time I'm in Arlington.

Great location

This is a great location for anyone attending an event at the stadium. Victoria was very responsive and checked in with us to ensure our stay was going well. The place was a little dated but clean, and the sheets/towels smelled amazing. Would stay here again if we are in the area.

The property is a nice short walk to ATT stadium and Globe Life Field. It was clean and well kept, it is in a quiet area, and the hosts were wonderful to deal with. We will stay again on future trips.

Perfect location

If you’re going to catch a football or baseball game, this is the perfect location. Just a short walk to the stadiums. It’s clean and comfortable and the owners are great about communicating to make sure you have everything you need.

weekend get away with family

Great location in Arlington's entertainment dist. Description very much met the location and unit. Could have been a little cleaner but overall would recommend it to others for the purpose we needed it for over the weekend.

2025 Cotton Bowl

This unit was absolutely perfect for me and my wife as a base for the Cotton Bowl at AT&T Stadium. It was an easy walk to the stadium. You are literally across the street from one of the stadium lots. We also walked to Texas Live!, which was further but doable even in the snow. I especially enjoyed walking home and going to bed while most others were sitting in traffic. Haha. The unit was clean and confortable, and the hosts were fantistic. I definitely recommend this unit if you're in town for an event at AT&T!

Ideal Location

I recently relocated to the DFW area for work and needed extended accommodations while I was working through the closing process on my new home. Peaceful Dwellings was the perfect temporary landing place for my transition! The unit was clean, spacious, and well equipped, and the location within Arlington was perfect; both in relation to work and stores, restaurants, etc. The team at Peaceful Dwellings was also incredibly helpful. My closing date got pushed back and they were able to work with me on altering my reservation so that I didn't need to find new accommodations elsewhere. I cant' recommend this location enough!

The location is great. Close to the stadiums. 30 mins to dallas or Fort Worth. Communication isn’t great. I reached out the day before we left asking if they allow early check in & if they could resend link. No response. After 2 days in our stay, we came home at 9pm & there were two huge COCKROACHES. I emailed the host stating “we have cockroaches” the host responded instantly asking for me to clarify. I am not sure what needs to be clarified, but I did clarify & never heard back until the next day mid morning. We ended up leaving & getting a hotel, as we were traveling with a young child. We know when cockroaches are present, more are typically near. We did not want to bring any home & didn't want our child getting sick. Long story short, I asked the host for a refund for the two days we did not stay & they said no. They said my message did not include detail & that they have similar messages from guests & want to make them aware & not requesting any action. This surprises me because I am not sure of anyone who would not want any action for cockroaches. I have included messages so you can see how this company address situations. If anything happens outside of their “bussiness hours” you are screwed. Be sure to be very detailed as they might not know if you are requesting action or not. I know bugs are everywhere. Its just that this host was not willing to help. They did not offer me another hotel unit or even a partial refund to help with hotel cost.

Amazing location for you cowboys fans!

I took my wife on a trip to see her first Cowboys game at AT&T stadium. I found this little gem and it’s literally less than a 10 minute walk to the stadium. Getting checked in is simple as it gets. The place is super clean and tidy and we thought very cute. My wife is in love with the smell of the linens, so we will probably stay here everytime we come visit Arlington. The hosts are very communicative and respond quickly. The have a little to do book with great restaurant recommendations. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend peaceful dwellings!

Wonderful Trip

This is an incredible property. Very clean, and had everything we needed! The location (close to AT&T stadium) very amazing, made for and easy walk, and could come & go with ease. We really enjoyed the 2 parking spots as my niece drove in on a different day. Highly recommend this unit for anyone!!

Close to six flags and shopping. Beds are comfortable with clean smelling sheets.

It was a nice little apartment and reasonably priced. The beds were comfortable and the linens were all clean. The AC worked well with the heat.

Clean condo near AT&T Stadium

I attended a two-day event (Promise Keepers) at AT&T stadium and wanted a place to stay where I didn't have worry about traffic. This place was perfect for that. The bed was comfortable, everything I needed for cooking was there in the kitchen. Parking was right outside the unit and the door lock responded instantly. There are a couple of places where the age of the condo shows (e.g., door frame near floor), but these small blemishes do not lessen the overall quality of this unit. If I attend another at AT&T stadium, this will be the FIRST place for availability.

Clean and Comfy

This property was very clean and airy. We were impressed as soon as we walked in. The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great! The full-size fridge and stove were handy for eating in, and the suggestions for places to eat helped when we didn't feel like cooking. The TV was easy to operate, even for someone who is NOT tech-savvy. We enjoyed watching Disney+ (which we can't do at home) so that was a treat. The towels were thick and soft., and it was nice having shampoo, conditioner and shower soap provided. Come ahead to Dallas Fort Worth--and stay here!
