One will feel like they're sitting on the bay while relaxing in the comfort and solitude of your own private balcony. I was disappointed that there was no sun coming in the unit or on the balcony. This is an attractive wish for AL summers, but not so great in the winter.

My family has been staying at The Caribe Resort for many years and this is our favorite unit for the past 4 years. Shelaine is always a wonderful hostess and she goes above and beyond to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. 10/10 recommend staying here.

The property has great amenities and is next to one of the best restaurants I have been to in a while. Orange beach is a great bang for your buck.

Great property, condo is beautifully decorated. Enjoyed being on the bay and watching the boats from the balcony. Grandkids loved the slides and lazy river. Owner was very communicative. Would stay again and I have shared with friends for future reference.

Another great stay!

This is our third stay here, and we will be back! Unit was clean, conveniently located on ground floor, and the view of the bay is top-tier. Excellent communication from owner & check-in was quick and easy. Highly recommend!

The stay here was absolutely perfect. Wonderful communication from the owner, great location being on the first floor and great views! Would absolutely stay here again.

Can't say enough great things about this condo! From the beautiful view to having convenience of first floor access. Beds were comfortable and it was really clean and spacious. We will be back!!

The perfect unit at the Caribe!

The location and cleanliness of B105 at the Caribe made our trip so enjoyable! The view from the balcony is amazing and the fact it is on the 1st floor was such a plus! We will definitely rent this unit again!

Greg, thank you so much for your review! We too love the 1st floor, not having to deal with elevators in peak season is definitely a plus! And, the balcony is our go to place, early morning and evening! The bay is always busy and entertaining!
