My cancellation policy is as follows:
I will provide a full refund assuming you provide me with at least 14 days notice (30 days if a seasonal policy applies) prior to your arrival date and 50% refund within 7-14 days notice (14-30 days if a seasonal policy applies) prior to your arrival date.
Please consider travel insurance which includes COVID and hurricane cancellation as there are no refunds for those events.

110 square foot balcony overlooking Fontainebleau main pools and ocean. No Smoking. Glass-enclosed state of the art gym, 40,000 square foot two-level Lapis Spa with world famous treatments. In general I have a 4 night minimum but will accept requests of less than four nights if I only have those dates available. Therefore if you need less than 4 nights please send me the request and I will see if I can accommodate the request.
