Cozy and quiet 3-room apartment with parking space

Relax in our quiet, elegant, crossing and unoverlooked accommodation, which is located 700m from the center of Font-Romeu. The residence has green spaces, trees, common parking spaces and a private parking space. As we are not on site, we call on a concierge service in Font-Romeu who will start the fluids, welcome you when the keys are handed over, assistance if necessary, inventory of fixtures on entry and exit.

We offer several cleaning options depending on the length of your stay:

- For stays of up to 6 nights:
The concierge can take care of cleaning for you for a fee of €70, if you prefer to clean the apartment yourself, you will be asked for a deposit of €100 which will be returned to you after your departure if the apartment is returned in the condition in which you found it.

- For stays of 7 nights or more, the concierge will automatically take care of the cleaning for an amount of €70. You will have to give this amount directly to the concierge at the time of your arrival.

Please note that a fee of €25 will be requested by the concierge for arrivals after 7:30 pm.

Our accommodation which has a living room, has a fully equipped kitchen (see details below - (raclette service with crepe maker and plancha + fondue service), 2 bedrooms with 140 *190 beds, 1 of which has an office where you can telework without any problem (orange fiber), a bathroom with toilet and spacious walk-in shower and washing machine.

The living room faces south-east with a magnificent view of the Cambre d'Aze and the Puigmal. There is no co-visibility with the neighbors or the residences in the surrounding area, making this accommodation very pleasant to live in.

The concierge service offers a rental of sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases, disposable mattress protector for 2 people, towel kit, bath mats and dish towels. If you are interested, please ask her when she contacts you.

Our accommodations are entirely dedicated to travellers, whether they are hikers or skiers, sporty or simply mountain lovers.

For this purpose, the apartment has a ski room at N-1 to clear the entrance to the apartment (laminate flooring excluding kitchen and shower room). You can store your ski or hiking boots, poles, coats, skis, bikes, etc.
