Great stay!

Great views and perfect location. Enjoyed having coffee each morning on the balcony, taking in the views and sound of the Gulf. Easy to walk to and from the beach. Kids enjoyed the pool and easy walk to the Track and restaurants.

The room was clean, and the location was good. There were 5 in my group and not nearly enough wash rags were provided for showers we were only there for 4 days and we had to do laundry. Which was slightly inconvenient since there is not a washer and dryer in the room and we had to pay to use the provided laundry facilities. The plug, on the right side of the bed was also very loose and could not be used for charging devices which was just a minor issue. The only other thing to note is that the room is updated and nice but the showers are not updated to match the rest of the room. All and all for the value I would stay here again.

Great Getaway

During our February 2023 vacation, we enjoyed the amazing sunrises and sunsets, ocean view from the balcony and all the amenities of the condo.. Located to many great restaurants and shopping.

Great ocean view

Great location, clean rooms and comfy furniture. Needed a few more kitchen items, a hot pad, cutting board and salt and pepper would have made it easier to cook.

Great ocean view

Great location, great ocean view, comfy beds and furniture. Condo missing a hot pad, cutting board and salt and pepper for cooking at home.

Condo was beautiful, can’t beat the view! Being able to view the ocean from the bedroom was a plus. Nice kitchen, everything was very clean. Maybe just add a throw rug on each side of the bed.

Good location

Pictures were off the wall and laying behind the bed upon arrival in the guest bedroom. Bathroom in the master wasn’t very clean. The bed sheets had holes in them and not in good condition.

My only recommendation is that the plug-ins are not very tight so when you were trying to plug some thing in the plug wiggles and sometimes loses connection

Condition

This is an older unit and even though recently remodeled there were some areas that need attention, such as the master bathroom. The sink drain would not raise and lower and water barely drained. The drain also appeared clogged as you could see the clogged debris. The plug in’s are also very loose in the bathroom. Besides these two things the condo was great.

Fabulous Visit

My wife and I along with two grandkids and to adult friends had the best stay of our lives. The Condo was beyond expectation and the view was second to none. Thank you for making the Condo available, Donnie Greaham.

The place itself was perfect, the rooms were clean & the view is great.. but the staff is 0/10. BAD

My group had a great experience with the room we rented and the beach was beautiful. However the staff at the SunDestin were less that welcoming. When we first arrived the man at the front desk gave us attitude because we tried to get our parking pass 1 minute before 11am, was very rude and said “seriously give me a break”. Horrible first impression. We were able to get our room early which was great and the room was perfect no complaints! We went down to the hot tub our first night around 9pm and had a security guard come up to us at 9:50 telling us “pool deck is closed get out” and when we were not out of the hot tub at 9:53 (hot tub closes at 10on) he proceeded to come back over and scream at us until we packed up our stuff.. he then followed us into the hotel continually yelling and giving snarky remarks and tried to follow us up to our rooms. He was so rude another patron in the lobby complained to the front desk on our behalf. Again awful experience with the staff and no one took our complaint seriously. So yes the rooms here are cheap and very nice with great views, but be prepared to be treated horribly by staff.

We have spoke with the employee that you mentioned and retrained him to align with our values and procedures. The security guard that you mentioned was removed from property and will no longer be working here. We take complaints like that seriously and do not take that lightly. Those comment do not represent SunDestin as a whole, and we apologize that you had to encounter this during your stay.
