Koa Lagoon is an oceanfront condominium complex located in North Kihei with spectacular panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, the other islands in Maui County and the West Maui Mountains. Situated on Sugar Beach, Koa Lagoon is a small intimate complex with only 42 units, a heated swimming pool, and gas barbecue grills. When you stay at Koa Lagoon you're just steps away from Maui's sunniest beaches and beautiful warm waters. Along with swimming and surfing, you can also find great snorkeling, kayaking and whale watching (in season). A very short distance to the South, you will find restaurants, groceries, shave ice, and Azeka Shopping Center with wonderful amenities. Just a few minutes North of Koa Lagoon, is Maalaea Bay, where boats launch to take visitors on whale watching expeditions, charter fishing excursions and snorkel trips. Just a fantastic and convenient location in heart of South Maui!

Koa Lagoon 505 is well equipped with everything you will need for your Maui vacation. We offer TVs in each room, complimentary Wifi for the condo, Air Conditioning units in the bedroom and living room. Washer and Dryer in the unit along with plenty of fresh towels and linens. We offer beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler for your beach excursions. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal for when you prefer to eat in. Best of all, the spacious oceanfront lanai offers comfortable furnishings to relax while taking in the amazing ocean views.

We had an absolutely amazing stay in Kihei, Maui! The apartment was perfectly located — right on the beach with direct ocean access and a private pool. It truly left nothing to be desired. The unit was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly need.Check-in was super easy and completely hassle-free, which made our arrival wonderfully smooth after a long trip.We really appreciated the thoughtful touches — a starter supply of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dishwasher and laundry pods, and even a small fishpond feature in the bathroom added a unique charm. The apartment also came with plenty of beach gear including chairs, umbrellas, towels and cooler, which made our beach days so easy and enjoyable.The highlight, without a doubt, was the breathtaking ocean view. Watching the sunsets from the balcony — or directly from the beach just steps away — was simply unforgettable. The scenery was absolutely stunning and felt like a true Hawaiian dream.The location is fantastic: Kihei is perfectly situated in the south of Maui, close to the airport and ideal for exploring the island — from the Road to Hana and Wailea to Kaanapali and Paia. Restaurants, shops, and supermarkets were all within easy reach, and the free on-site parking was another great plus.We would return here in a heartbeat. Thank you for an incredible stay — it truly made our time in Maui unforgettable!

Absolutely beautiful!

Watching the sunset from the balcony was amazing and the view is absolutely breathtaking! My husband and I loved the location and really appreciated that a cooler and beach chairs were provided. Thank you for letting us stay at your place and we highly recommend!

Beautiful view

Loved Kia Lagoon , the view was spectacular Beautiful sunsets, relaxing environment, loved the beach walks saw sleeping turtles on the beach often! People very friendly & close to many restaurants! Highly recommend Koa Lagoon!

Wonderful Trip

This unit was absolutely perfect for us. The property is centrally located with beautiful ocean views. It was just the right size for my huaband and I. The unit was clean and well stocked for all our needs. I highlybrecommend it!

Great location and view

We had a great stay at this property - the view was incredible and the building was very quiet and well located. Condo was very clean, but furniture and decor was a bit dated. Our only real concern was the bathroom - it looked like original 1970's tub/shower and tiles etc. It is in dire need of an upgrade.

It is about the view.

This is an older condo with some updates, but it is kept clean. The space is smaller than it may appear in the pictures, but the view is what you're really here for, and it's hard to beat. My only complaint is the street noise in the bedroom, which comes through the air conditioner and can be a bit annoying at times, along with a strange squeaking noise from the headboard. Good communication with the property management team when needed was a plus. Overall, it was a good experience.

Lovely Oceanfront Condo

We had a great stay at KOA Lagoon. Convenient location, unbeatable view from the lanai, quiet condo complex with east parking. The condo itself was was clean and comfortable. I do wish the kitchen would have had more plastic or aluminum cups that you could walk to the beach with. AC was nice but honestly the ceiling fans were enough for us to keep cool. The beach chairs and two coolers provided were like new. The property manager was also super responsive.

Great property with amazing views

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. They did an incredible job given Given the hand they were dealt there was a flood three days before we got there that involved a ton of mud by the time we arrived the property had already been cleaned up the clean up continued throughout her stay but did not disrupt us one bit The views and sunsets here were amazing highly recommend this property

Great Views!

Property manager called us before checkin to let us know the property was available early -- a nice touch. The best thing about this property is the view from the lanai and the living room. Spectacular. We had issues with the bedroom -- it has no window that opens, only a fairly loud air conditioner placed right next to the headboard. If you don't want the air conditioner on at night, you are left with the ceiling fan. The non-openable window faces the street side and you can get some noise. The location is okay -- not really walkable to shops and restaurants, but they are only a short drive away. We would likely rent this unit again.

Beautiful sunsets and great central area!

The condo has a beautiful view and is centrally located. It was clean and well maintained. The A/c in the bedroom is quite loud, but makes for good white noise to sleep. It isn't the most fancy of places, but was perfect for our laid back needs. We would return! Aloha!
