Villa Las Adelfas is a wonderful country house with a private swimming pool open all year round, with 360 degree views of the Andalusian mountains.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, there is a doble room is on the ground floor, another bathroom with shower is on the ground floor and the other 2 bedrooms upstairs with separate bathroom (with shower). You will find a large spacious, bright modern kitchen opening onto the entrance. The very spacious living room overlooks the terraces in front and behind the villa with pool view and direct access to the pool. The villa offers a spectacular 360 degree view of the village of Comares and the Andalusian mountains. The villa is sunny from morning until evening. All rooms are air-conditioned. You will have complete privacy at the pool as there is no view of the neighbors.
The villa is located just 5 minutes drive from the Andalusian town of Benamargosa
In the town of Benamargosa you will find restaurants, bars, supermarket, bakery, banks, pharmacy and ATM, health center. The villa is only 15 minutes from Velez Malaga and the beaches of Torre del Mar.


Pool heating is available from 01 April to 15 November at an additional cost of 190 euros per week.



Air conditioning cost: 30 euros by week is in place for your arrival, after this you pay for what you use. The average cost is 1 euro for 1 hour depending on the temperature that you set. Please be aware that air conditioning is available in all the bedrooms only.



There is a refundable cleaning/damage deposit of 500 euros, to be paid on arrival.
For long-term rentals (more than 28 days), you pay electricity at €0.35/kw.
