Has equipped-to-the-hilt kitchen and even a full-size washer & dryer for all your beachcomber laundry needs. Sleeping configurations include King-size in master bedroom, Queen-size in guest bedroom, Queen-size sofa bed in living room, plus portable youth-size folding cot, AND baby's pack-'n-play, too.

Please, NO PETS or EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS: Our family has severe allergies and it is imperative that we keep our premises dog/cat dander-free. Folks with emotional support animals, regretfully, we must decline your inquiry to book due to this. While we understand your need, we cannot take the risk on our family's health, as this is our family's beach retreat. Much appreciated!

We named this condo "The Brighton" because it reminds of our family's trip to sunny Brighton beach in the south of England. And just like the UK's Brighton, it's only a 5-minute walk to the beach – lovely Whitecap Beach. You couldn’t be any closer to all the water sports imaginable like fishing, boating, parasailing, windsurfing, you name it. Furthermore, it’s only a short drive to Padre Island National Seashore ~ the world's longest stretch of undeveloped barrier island. It all adds up to "The Brighton” being the ideal beach resort-style condo retreat for everyone ~ families, couples, honeymooners, wedding guests, babymooners, small groups (up to 6), and baby, too!
