Family vacation home with a private spa and heated pool

Large villa in the countryside in a very quiet area 5 minutes from Verdun and tourist sites. <br>300m2 just for you! A stay: relaxation and conviviality to share with family or friends. This independent house has a large enclosed garden allowing children and animals to have fun. A covered and heated swimming pool all year round, an outdoor SPA at 38°, a games area: billiards, darts and board games for adults/children. Even with capricious weather, the stay will remain rejuvenating and relaxing.<br><br>The cottage offers you on the first floor a living/dining room with a children's area, a kitchen, two separate toilets, a PMR bedroom with a 160 cm bed (and its private bathroom accessible to people with reduced mobility), a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, another bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, a bedroom with 4 bunk beds and its private shower room (excluding toilet), a bathroom with a changing table. On the same level, you will find a beautiful sunny terrace with its barbecue. In the basement, a relaxation area with a billiards and bar with a beer tap, a video projector connected to wifi and a bluetooth record tower, a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer as well as another refrigerator and a freezer. You can also enjoy the covered and heated swimming pool all year round (water toys available) as well as the outdoor hot tub. A large enclosed garden with outdoor games, garden furniture are at your disposal. The cottage offers private parking accessible by the garden.<br>Surveillance camera on the main entrance door and another camera on the basement front door. These cameras will be activated during your stay. <br><br>This all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels access to the jacuzzi / swimming pool <br><br>You can park two to three vehicles in the driveway of the garage, there is a parking lot in front of the house (do not park in front of the gate or in the street so as not to hinder the neighbors in their maneuver thank you) <br><br>Rules: Just like our vacation rental, our neighborhood is important to us.<br><br>⚠️Parties and events are not allowed!<br>Please avoid making noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. to allow neighbors to sleep peacefully.<br>If neighbours report excessive noise or unruly behaviour, if the sound level meter(s) indicates that the decibel level is exceeded or if the police intervene, we may have to evict you from our property without refund. <br><br>Two "Minut noise monitoring" devices installed outdoors detect the noise level.<br>The device only reports if the decibels exceed a certain threshold, and do not record or transmit sounds and conversations. <br><br>⚠️ No additional undeclared travellers <br><br>⚠️It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the entire house! If you do not comply with this instruction, you will be charged 500€<br><br>⚠️Smoking and eating are strictly forbidden in the pool area and in the jacuzzi. <br><br>⚠️In case of non-compliance with the number of people indicated: 40€/pers/day<br> you will be charged<br><br> ⚠️ Do not park in front of the gate, nor in the street so as not to hinder the neighbors in their maneuvers.
