Relax and enjoy national forest views within a gated community while staying in this spacious 5,300 sq ft home. Perfect for big families and big groups with 8 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. In addition to an oversized living room and kitchen area, there is a game room and a movie room! The large patio space has beautiful views of the national forest, a gas BBQ, gas fire pit with adirondack chairs, and a dining table for 10+. Baby friendly with baby gates on stairs, full size crib, high chairs, etc. Tons of toys and games including air hockey, fooseball, ping pong, frisbee disc golf, darts and pickle ball paddles! One stop for both fun and relaxation- for all ages!

Nice Getaway

It was a nice getaway tucked away in the forest. The house is spacious, convenient setup and worked well with amount of individuals that stayed there. The host ( Kevin) is very personable and if you need to contact him responds right away. My only regret should have reserved it for a longer stay

A Perfect Stay

We had an incredible family gathering! The property was perfect for our needs, with spacious and well-appointed rooms that accommodated everyone comfortably. The amenities provided made our stay even more enjoyable, and the location was convenient for all our activities. We're grateful for the wonderful memories we made here and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a great place to stay.

Great Stay

Group of us stayed here for a few nights, and had a lovely time. The first night we encountered an issue with the smoke alarms going off all night. The owner was very apologetic, and refunded that night without issue. We would definitely stay here again.

Would stay again!

This is a wonderful property! There is room for everyone. Our group stayed here on a winter retreat designed to invite restorative relaxation. The home was cozy, clean, well stocked, spacious yet intimate. The host was responsive and super helpful and kind.

Fabulous property for family gathering

We loved this home so much. It was perfect for our multi family gathering. I really loved that the kitchen was very well equipped, bathrooms had plenty of towels. The home has a beautiful deck that was perfect for sitting outside and enjoying the lovely view of the forest behind the home. The home had plenty of things to do for teens: ping pong in the garage, air hockey and foosball in the game room, home theater room, disc golf outside!! We loved this home and would highly recommend it!!

Wonderful home in beautiful neighborhood.

We were a group of family and friends who travel every year to play in the snow. Our time here was wonderful! The house was everything it promised and more. Plenty of bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, outdoor fire pit, great wi-if; we could not have been happier. Kevin, the owner was quick to offer help and respond to questions. Would come back without hesitation.

Awesome House and Area

This was perfect for our large family. Lots of room. Next to the Forrest. Saw wild horses everyday morning and night. Large outside deck with a nice gas fire pit. We spent a lot of time out there. House had all the essentials for my 6 month old grand daughter. Best vacation ever!

The perfect holiday getaway

This was the perfect get away for multiple families. So much to do from the toys for the little ones to the air hockey table for the kids to the home theatre for the teens. And this is only what was inside! Outside boasts a frisbee golf course, cozy fire pit, gorgeous views, and very private. Very spacious and accommodating to our large family. There wasn’t a moment when the family was not entertained.

Leefamlee vacation

We loved our stay in this very large and spacious home. The property owner answered any questions we had prior to our arrival and was quick to respond to any needs that we had during our stay. The kitchen was large and well stocked with equipment to feed a crowd with two working refrigerators and freezers. There were plenty of bathrooms to accommodate all our guests. Our stay including 90 degree plus days. The AC was adequate with fans running. We enjoyed gathering on the back patio and walks in nature. Three master bedrooms with adjoining baths, game room and downstairs theater room were added bonuses. The family / living room furniture was quite comfy to lounge and talk or watch a movie. It was a beautiful and quiet community. Once again, this home was adequate for our large group and we look forward to returning again soon!

Winter Wonderland

Beautiful spacious house in a spectacular setting! We were lucky enough to arrive right after it snowed and another storm came through during our stay! It was the perfect start to the new year. We had daily visits from wild horses which made for some incredible photos in the snow. My only complaint would be the abscence of a snow blower as my husband and sons had to shovel the very long driveway several times. Overall a great property and a great trip! We will be back!

The only thing I would suggest is to have salt on the ice. We arrived and the drive way was icy

Overall wonderful Suggest having driveway and walk way cleared of snow and ice. We did buy two bags of rock salt and used it on the drive way and placed 1 bag in the garage.

Much Needed Family Vacation

This property was beautiful. It was perfect for our family of 20 family members ranging in age from 70 years down to 6 months. Plenty of room inside to spread out during the day and ample sleeping accommodations for all. The children loved the movie room/hang out space. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and feeding a big group. The poker players loved playing out back on the back porch while others sat around the gas outdoor fire pit. Lots of game time, catching up on busy lives and reminiscing about those no longer with us. Never a bored person, pkenty to do if you enjoyed golf, hiking, fishing and shopping, all close by. Great memories created on this trip.

Perfect Family Reunion Get-Away!

My children, grandchildren, and great grand-children came to have a get-together in the White Mountains where they came every summer as children. The house was beautiful and perfectly suited to an all-ages reunion. Everything we might have needed was supplied...from the kitchen, to the deck, to the game room, movie room and the comfortable bedrooms. There were plenty of places for privacy...but the main floor, with the comfortable sofa/tv room, huge kitchen with ample counter space, bar chairs and dining table encouraged everyone to get together in one place. The back patio welcomed us for morning coffee, or conversation around the fire pit. Thank you for providing such a beautiful get-away. We will come back again!

Great Family Vacation

Everything you could want or need

From popcorn to toys to pack and plays and lawn games and picnic chairs this place takes the concept of a “well stocked” rental to a whole new level. From the comfy beds to the beautiful view and inviting fireplace to the game room and toys for the kids everyone in our friend group reunion had a blast at this lovely property. It seemed custom built for our purposes of coming together spending time catching up and enjoying the cooler weather. As if that wasn’t enough when we forgot a beloved blankey they worked to get It returned safe and sound.

Perfect Family Get Away

Private, well appointed and loaded kitchen. This house made our family vacation a perfect 10. Backs up to the forest and even had visits from horses behind the house a few times. Enough seating in the family room and deck to handle a large crowd. The place was really clean and we left it in the same condition. The kids had enough games and toys to play with I’m not sure we ever saw them! I really appreciate a well stocked kitchen and a clean safe house. Thanks for helping me and my family enjoy time together
