Spacious, bright villa with swimming pool

Located on the outskirts of a small village, in a landscape of vineyards and olive trees, pretty villa of 150 m2 newly fitted out to spend a dream holiday by a salt and secure swimming pool. Facing the outside, the villa will welcome you on a beautiful shaded terrace of 50 m2 with a view of the fenced garden of 1800 m2. Its architecture is modern, with beautiful openings allowing you to enjoy the natural light throughout the day, with all the necessary comfort.

150m2 divided into a master suite (dressing room, bathroom with Italian shower, and toilet, double bed of 180 cm), a bedroom with double bed of 160 cm and a bedroom with two single beds of 80cm or a bed of 160 cm, in the living room a sofa bed for 1 or 2 children on request, also available a cot for baby, a second bathroom (bath, Italian shower and toilet), a separate toilet, a laundry room (washing machine, dryer and second fridge), a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room of 70m2 and opening onto a terrace which allows you to have lunch in the sun or in the shade thanks to the pergola with a view of the garden, the swimming pool and the pool house. The pool house located near the pool has a lounge area allowing you to have an aperitif in the shade (a fridge is provided for your refreshments) and allows you to enjoy a barbecue or plancha. The swimming pool (5*9) is surrounded by a beautiful beach of 50 m2 with parasol, deckchairs and sun loungers. You also have an outdoor shower and a ping-pong table. Air conditioning or heating (depending on the season) is done by the floor, the gate is automatic and there are several parking spaces.
During the months of July and August, theoretically, we do not accept the arrivals and exits of the mid-week rental. Do not hesitate to contact us. For your comfort, and to avoid the km, you can come by plane: Ryanair and other companies serve the airports of Nîmes, Montpellier. Then rent a car.

INSTALLATION
Welcomed, all you have to do is open your suitcases, the beds are made: you can dive into the swimming pool, lulled by the song of the cicadas. You can settle into the deckchairs and have a well-deserved first aperitif in the sun. Linen is provided free of charge.

GOURMET SIDE
Taste oysters, pélardons, olives, sausages, while sipping a white wine or a rosé, on Saturday at the famous Sommières market. A unique experience, rich in flavors, colors, smells, all bathed in the sun.
The region is full of a thousand restaurants, from guinguettes to gastronomic restaurants, not to mention seafood platters.
In the village, you will find at the castle a brand new local grocery store, fresh produce, bread depot, a restaurant "La guinguette du Château". On Tuesday, Friday and Saturday, fruit and vegetables at the Domaine de Trépaloup located in the center of the village. Every Tuesday morning, the Crémier-Charcutier-Épicerie itinerant truck.
