🍁Shady Leaf Lodge 🍁 Family and pet-friendly Fun! Arrowhead Lake Getaway

Well-loved family home in Arrowhead Lake Community. Spacious "saltbox" style chalet that sleeps 10 comfortably in beds with a large 3 season room, a front deck, and a back deck to enjoy your stay. Large corner property surrounded by trees. Enjoy your day on the beach or walk 2 blocks down to (heated) Choctaw pool. Come back and make a family dinner in the fully stocked kitchen or on the gas grill. Sit around the fire pit in the evenings. Enjoy Netflix, Hulu, and Sling on the large living room TV.

**Cornhole, sand toys, 6 beach chairs, beach umbrella, provided for guest use.**
There is a container of toys for the kids to play with. It is located in the laundry room.

Things Guests Should Know: (please read fully)

*Like most homes in the Poconos, we do not have A/C in our home (but we do have a fabulous stone fireplace!)

*Washer and Dryer* available for guest use.

*Items Supplied: Propane for the gas grill, fully equipped cooking kitchen, cleaning supplies, pillows, and comforters.

*LINENS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. In order to keep the cleaning fees down for guests, linens and towels will not be provided. Beds will have sanitzed pillows and quilts/comforters for your use. Please refer to the list of beds to bring along the appropriate sheets. If you prefer, there is a local company who will drop them off and pick them up directly at the house if you would like to use their service.

* Amenities include community pools, a pool room with 3 pool tables, basketball courts, tennis courts, a fitness center, children's playgrounds, and a party room available for rent for special occasions!

* Furry friends are welcome for an additional fee. Small/Medium dogs. $50 per weekend/per dog (2 max) $100 per week per dog

- PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO BOOK.

- NOTE: Arrowhead Lake’s beaches and pools are only open between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
For the first 3 weeks of June, the pools will only be open only on weekends.
Owner is not responsible if a beach, pool, other amenity is closed due to inclement weather or due to maintenance issues.

Arrowhead Lake Fees (Effective January 1, 2024)

Temporary Membership Fee
The temporary membership fee is a mandatory fee that is assessed to all rentals for occupants aged 6 and over.
In Season: May 15-Sept 15 Temporary Membership Fee: $8.50 per person per day.
Off-Season: $2 per person per day
Gate Card Fee: $20 per vehicle
Registration Service Fee: $35

* Registration MUST be completed within 3 days of arrival or entry will not be permitted by the Community.

-Upon arrival, you will proceed directly to the second gate to scan your QR code for entry to the community which you will receive by email prior to your stay.
If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.

For security purposes, we do have outdoor cameras that face away from the house. This is a vacation home so they are installed for the security of the home when the house is not in use.
