Patio with Gazebo and gas grill.Covered front porch. Front and back yards are fenced and gated.(Very Pet Friendly property!) We have gated off street secure parking for Contractors Truck and Trailer parking.We also have Boat and Trailer easy drive thru parking .(YOU NEED TO GET APPROVAL FOR CONTRACTOR OR BOAT PARKING BEFORE YOU BOOK PROPERTY! )This property is quiet very private very secure location. Dining room table can seat anywhere from 4-6 people.
TVs in all bedrooms have local channels.1-Roku TV in Bedroom One.New smart TV in Bedroom Three. Living room has New 55"Roku TV with Wifi .

House review

The house was perfect. Good location. Quite neighborhood. It has a beautiful backyard with a gate. It would only let me give 5 stars but i think it deserves a 10 stars

Great place

Felt kind of iffy coming into the area, but once we got to the house it was very quaint. Once we got into the house it was pleasant. Felt older, but was clean and definitely served our needs. Will definitely look this place up next year when we come back!

Great location!

Super clean place in a great location with an ample backyard! Note that the checkout list is long with various fees associated for non-compliance, so make sure you leave lots of time to leave the home exactly as you found it!

Great stay near Tulsa

Very clean and accommodating. Weather was exceptionally hot, so sleeping upstairs was warm since it is an older home with limited air conditioning capabilities. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms was helpful. Overall no complaints

It's an older house with a fresh coat of paint

It's about 15 minutes from everything and there are no condiments so make sure you get everything you need for your stay on your trip to the store. That being said the house was clean with plenty of clean towels.

Close enough to Tulsa Expo Square, and out of the city

Excellent! We went to the AKC Agility Nationals at Expo Square. This property allowed us to get a great night's sleep away from the city, and also have a kitchen, and all the amenities of home. Our dog was very happy to have a well-fenced backyard to relax and chase balls, after the stress of four days of a six-ring agility trial with 1200+ other dogs. The property does have a one dog limit, and s/he does need to be well behaved.

Our Disappointing Stay

Our initial reaction to the house was great but was met quickly with extreme disappointment. Intially we were introduced with multiple demands that were not reflected on the At Home instructions or online and multiple fines for every single discrepency owner could think of. Additionally, we found 4 scorpions throughout our entire stay and took photos of them to show the owner. However, the most disappointing part of our stay was that when we had mentioned this to the owner, he had placed blame on our family saying that we somehow ushered the scorpions inside. The owners behavior was completly unprofessional and is a poor reflection of the entire Vrbo experience.

We have been on Vrbo since January 2021 We have Hosted a lot of great Guests.on Vrbo .We have never had are house damaged like this family has!The guest signed a copy of the house rules and under stood the rules!There dog urinated under the beds and in the hall way upstairs.Dog was never crated! They Damaged the oven drawer.We had to repaint living room wall .Broken back door opener.Damaged AC grill in dining room. The cleaning people had to make two trips to clean up the property! We have used sticky traps for years in the House have never trapped one scorpion.We spray house every 30 days.We use a LED Black flashlight to look for stains and bugs after every booking .The Guests brought in over a dozen containers full of clothes and other items.The guest ask me several times to rent house to him for cash around Vrbo app. I said no several times! We are a vacation home not a rental property!

We loved the place, the fencing was great for our pet. The house was lovely, the beds were very comfortable. Had all the comforts of home, just wish I had brought my Kuerig.

This is a great place to stay. Very quiet yet minutes to downtown. Extremely clean and huge fenced yard for our dog. Was exactly what we needed and perfectly matched the description.

Older house but well maintained

Property is older. Both bathtubs are somewhat hard to get into especially if you are older. Had to unplug 3 air fresheners since one of us was sensitive to perfumes.

Great space

The home was very clean and stocked well with essentials. The location is quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio while the kids played in the yard with the dog. Fenced in property allowed us to relax with no worries. It was a quick and easy drive to skiatook where my family is located. Cliff was very kind and professional. He even called to be sure we did not need anything while we were staying there. I will definitely try to book again when we come back to visit.

Weekend stay in Sand Springs

Excellent place to stay for families. Fenced in yard if you need to bring your pup. Kid friendly with a nice swing set. Grill and patio. Very clean and lots of sleeping space. Great communication between us and the owner. Very prompt responses and very accommodating. The only thing I would recommend would be for the mattresses on the beds be upgraded with at least a 3 inch memory foam topper. Otherr than that, it was a wonderful and enjoyable place to lodge! If you need a place to stay in the Tulsa/Sand Springs area, this would be it! We will definitely be return customers!

Staying in Tulsa

We rented this property to to fish a high school fishing tournament on skiatook lake, there was plenty of parking for the boat, and everything was clean, and we will be returning, have tournaments in the future and will be back. If your going to stay around Tulsa for anything I would check this place out

Another Great Stay

This is the second time we have booked this property. The owner is very nice and communicates well. It is a cute and cozy house with three bedrooms. It is approximately 10 minutes from the University of Tulsa, which makes it a great place to stay when visiting our daughter in college. Would definitely stay there again.

4th of July

We stayed over the Fourth of July holiday and the house worked our perfectly. Cliff let us know about the house across the street putting on a big fireworks show and we decided to come see it instead of doing our own at our family's house and it was amazing.

Great vacation house

We enjoyed our stay here. Very clean & more than enough room for 4 adults. Cliff was very helpful when I needed to ask him questions. It was also nicely decorated!. It was a short drive to Keystone Lake.

We have had property since 1986.We lived in the home from 1986 till 2006. We built a new ADA Accessible house in Berryhill, in Tulsa County for my wife Patty and in 2007 we started leasing house out. Most of are tenants stayed more than two years some stayed 4 years are more.Most tenants never want to move but had to for jobs and life changes.We made a decision in 2020 to remodel and furnish home and use for family reunions and Tulsa Sound Music events. I am involved in the Tulsa Music scene and I have been a Tulsa Contractor for 50 years have a lot of traveling Contractors and Traveling Bands that will be staying here. We now rent daily and weekly to both groups.
