Built in 1880, Villa Émile is a family home facing the sea, completely renovated recently. <br>50 meters from the beach, it is surrounded by a 2000m2 garden decorated with Tamaris. An awning following the aesthetics of the beach huts allows you to enjoy the garden and, if necessary, put bicycles and strollers in shelter.<br>Adjoining the Villa Marcelle, the Villa Émile (slate roof) accommodates up to 12 people in a setting that harmoniously blends the Belle Époque style and comfort in all simplicity.<br>Fellow riders, Villa Émile also offers you the rental of two boxes that will allow you to discover the natural and preserved setting of the Bay of the Somme on horseback.<br>You will enjoy the magnificent sunsets over the sea from the large dining room on the 1st floor or on its 18m² balcony.<br>The property is on the Grand Site National de la Baie de Somme, a few kilometres from the small port of Le Hourdel and the medieval city of Saint Valery, at the entrance to the Hâble d'Ault and its Ornithological Reserve. It is located 50m from the shore, south of the village of Cayeux-sur-Mer, near an old Freyssinet-type hall, an avant-garde construction from the 20s.<br><br><br>End of day departure option (6 p.m. - weekend): 60€<br>Late morning arrival option (11am - weekend): 60€<br>Possibility of renting two horse boxes.<br>We love animals but the configuration of Villa Émile does not allow us to receive dogs.<br>A valid certificate of Civil Liability Insurance covering the risks of fire, water damage, valid, and in the name of the signatory of the rental contract, as well as an identity document are required for any rental.<br>For long weekends and public holidays, we rent for a minimum of 3 or 4 days
