Grand Colorado, 2 BD, Master & Suite Lockoff Units. Steps to lifts & gondola!!

An exceptional place to stay if you are a skiier or a snowboarder. This resort sits at the base of Peak 8 which caters to all levels of skiiers and snowboarders. Walk out the back of the resort and you're steps from the lifts and gondola. Peak 8 has ski school, ticket sales, restaurants, and rentals. Peaks 7 and 8 are serviced by the gondola which runs between downtown Breckenridge and the peaks; meaning that guests at Grand Colorado may ride the gondola into town and back when it is running during mountain hours. Guests may also ride the complimentary resort shuttles into town and back.
This Breckenridge model, 2 bedroom lockoff condo consists of a master unit and a suite unit; each accomodating up to 4 guests for a total of 8. The master unit has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, fireplace, 2 tv, balcony/patio, telephones, pullout sofa sleeper, separate bedroom with king bed, full bathroom, free wifi. The suite has a kitchenette, full bathroom, 2 tv, pull out sofa sleeper, telephones, separate bedroom with a queen bed, free wifi. The master and the suite may be separated (locked off) if you choose to do so. Unlike hotels, there is no daily maid service; however, clean towels and bed sheets are available upon request at no additional charge. If you stay 7 nights, there will be a midweek tidy. Two parking spaces are allotted (not unit specific) in its heated underground parking lot (electric charging stations available). Check in is at 4 pm and checkout by 10 am.
Resort has indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, excercise room, spa, private theatre rooms which you can reserve, game room, restaurant, indoor ski lockers, ice rink, shuttles, etc.
