Pet Friendly!! Please disclose pets when booking. Newly remodeled cozy home on a very peaceful area of the river. Fully equipped home with all new amenities. Dock, deck and Boat Ramp! Security Cameras on property for your protection. 3 Kayaks are available. Only a few minutes paddle to the clear part of the river! 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main house and 4 twin bunks in the airconditioned bunkhouse. 5-minute paddle to the main river and minute's drive to the ocean and Pine Island. Close to restaurants and local shopping. Minutes from Buccaneer Bay where the mermaids swim and fun is to be had on the waterslides!

We had a wonderful time. House was clean and well kept. Kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking utensils, dishes, small appliances, etc. would recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation in the river.

We had a great stay. The house had everything we needed. Great location on the water and close to Weiki Watchee. Loved the fire pit and kayaks. We saw a manatee right off the dock and dolphins just down the canal. Easy check in and easy to communicate with owners.

I am only an hour away from Weekie and I frequently use rentals. This cottage is no BY FAR my favorite place I have been in. This place has it all. Easy access putting a boat (GoBoat) in the water, comfortable and cozy. The kitchen has everything you need. The screen room w/ bunks was a total bonus for just chilling out after a day on the water. Amy was awesome with EVERYTHING. I will be my GO-TO for sure. Thanks for a wonderful stay, I will be back :-)

Quiet&Peaceful

Very clean and organized cottage in a quiet neighborhood having access to the private ramp made refueling the boat after a few days a breeze cruising the weeki wachee river out to the gulf was memorizing met so many people along the river would recommend this anyone and more than likely stay here again next year

Absolute Paradise!!

This place was an absolute dream to stay in, my boys & I loved it so much. Home is updated & clean & roomy. Such a cute idea with the bunkhouse, we used that little sunporch several times a day. Easy to get kayaks in & out of the water with the ramp. We saw lots of manatees & even had a couple of dolphins come right up to the dock. Just an overall fantastic vacation at this property. Owners are just wonderful folks too, such a pleasure to talk to. We hope to be back next year, if not sooner Thank you for a fabulous vacation.

My husband and I have traveled all over Florida and stayed at many river homes and this one has by far exceeded them all. I am a hard judge when it comes to cleanliness and this home felt spotless. The beds were comfortable. The kayaks and fire Pit was such a nice touch. Our dogs were in hog heaven. The host responded immediately to all of our inquiries and was very friendly. We are already planning our next trip back, 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Nice spot for hanging out and kayaking. How was cute and relaxing. The kayaks could have been better since most of the adventure near there is on a kayak. Don't use the green kayak if your going on longer adventures it takes in a lot of water.

Cute beach house on Weeki Wachee

We had a wonderful stay at this house! It was clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The private boat ramp was a great perk—perfect for launching our kayaks. It’s just a short 5-minute paddle to the Weeki Wachee River, which leads to the springs. While the state park is farther upstream and takes more effort to reach, the water is so crystal clear along the way that you don’t need to paddle all the way to enjoy the beauty—plus, floating back downstream is a relaxing bonus! The location is also convenient for exploring more of the area, just 40 minutes from Crystal River for scalloping in the Gulf. We loved our time here and would definitely recommend it. Likely to stay again!

Exactly what we needed!

Cute little riverside neighborhood. Nice clean home, smells clean, well kept. Seems freshly renovated. The rental came with access to 3 kayaks at the time, a dock, boat ramp for easy in and out of the canal. We were nervous about the kids staying in the detached bunkhouse, but honestly the teens loved it! We will definitely save this property for a future return trip.

Great family vacation house!!!

We had a great time at this rental. It's on a canal that connects with Weeki Wachee Springs; we saw some Manatees on two of the days there. They had some kayaks and paddles that were great fun. Awesome backyard and dock. We would stay again for sure.

Slice of Paradise

We had a great stay. The property was beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. It is a quiet neighborhood and only a few minutes paddle to the spring. I got some amazing pictures was able to capture an incredible video of a momma manatee and her calf. Serene location

We had a great time in Weeki Wachee. Communication was quick and easy throughout the entire process. The house was clean and had everything you would need, even little extras, which was great. The house is in a great spot; the area is not too busy or crowded but close to everything. The state park is super close; you can rent kayaks and go down and see the manatees. Our family had a great time.

Great time

Quiet location. End of canal but only a few minutes paddle to clear river. Nice outside space and dock. The house was comfortable and really clean. Bring your outdoor/dock chairs and enjoy!

Great Weeki Wachee Getaway

Great getaway on the Weeki Wachee River (canal). This house has modern furnishings and is in a beautiful setting. With the bunkhouse looking over the canal and 2 full bathrooms it could easily fit a large family or 2 couples for a nice vacation. To add fun and adventure, we rented SUP paddle boards from SUP Weeki which is just down the street for all of us and saw manatee paddling right from our dock down the canal and out onto the weeki wachee river.

Great visit

Location is great - quiet area and about 10 minute paddle to the main canal which drops you in the middle section past the dredging (supposed to be done soon). Accommodations were excellent! Kitchen well stocked, bed comfy, bathrooms nice with plenty of towels. Washer/dryer to get bathing suits clean. Yard is great. The ramp for access to the water beats just having a dock. Extremely easy to get in a kayak. The kayaks aren't new but they work fine. Did I mention it was quiet? Overall a 10/10 stay. Hope to return to this quiet canal home in the future!

The place was fine and matched the pics and info given. They hosts even allowed us to check in early which gave us an extra day on the water! The beds were pretty comfortable. A few things need addressed. Several of the remote controls had dead batteries so it made it difficult to use tvs and appliances. The floor was swept but my feet were dirty after walking on your floors so I had to wear my shoes all the time. The fire pit was filled almost to the top with ashes so making a fire was difficult. Some of the pans need replaced as the nostick is coming off so we couldn't use them. I would definitely stay here again especially if the stuff I mentioned is taken care of.

Perfect place on the river.

Fantastic stay on the Weeki Wachee. House was darling, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. We used the gas bbq and enjoyed the gas outdoor fire pit in the evening. Seen a manatee swim by. Check in process was simple and having the code was great when coming and going. Tim the owner brought an additional kayak for the 3 of us to use. Having a washer and dryer made it so the only luggage needed was a carry on. House had a TV in each bedroom ( including the bunk house that we did not use). Can’t wait to come back! Annie
