Incredible BRAND NEW lake front poolside condo on the first floor of the Harborview. EVERYTHING is at your fingertips! Watch both the sun rise and set from your private patio. Enjoy FULL SIZE fully equipped kitchen with a French door frig with icemaker. Watch boats go by while preparing a meal on the oversized island. Don't worry about showering first, enjoy unlimited hot water with a Rinnai tankless hot water heater. Master suite has a king bed with beautiful harbor views, smart TV, and master bath has a double vanity and oversized shower. Front bedroom has two beds (one queen one full/double) and smart TV. Hall bath has 60" soaking tub and shower. Living room has 2 twin sleepers and a queen sofa sleeper for overflow with smart TV. Step off your patio to enjoy coffee or smores by the gas fire-pit or soak in the hot tub. Soak up some sun poolside or cookout at the cooking pavilion with covered seating, 2 gas grills & big screen tv. Or start your day off at the second floor gym overlooking the lake. Massage available onsite.

Watch deer and wildlife from the front bedroom or kitchen window and see the lake from the master suite, living, dining and kitchen. Peaceful getaway!

Even spend the day out ON THE LAKE via Boat or PWC rental available next door through http://www.naylorbythewater.com/boat-rentals.html

Walk 1/2 a mile to the trailhead for a hike or mountain bike ride.

2024 Girls Trip

Myself and five hometown friends chose this property for our yearly get together. It was perfect! The location was great! We felt safe! The pool and fire pit were a bonus! We all agreed that it would be a choice for next years mini reunion!

Overflow for Holiday Weekend

This was perfect for the overflow of our family for the long weekend. We live in the Harbor so it was so close and allowed us to spend more time together.

The Harbor condos are a great place to stay. This particular condo is great because it’s on the first floor. Host was easy to communicate with. It was a great weekend!

Fantastic condo!

We were visiting the area for a baseball tournament and found this condo. It was absolutely perfect! I loved that it was on the water, had a pool (a cooled pool at that!), was new and close to the grocery store. Our entire team wants to stay at this complex next year!

Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is very clean and nicely decorated. The smores left by the host were a wonderful and fun treat. Our son loved playing the tic tac toe game in the living room. The location on the Peninsula is great. Close to dining locations, the grocery store, public boat ramps, etc. The host was a great communicator. This is a first floor condo directly across from the fire pit and a very short walk to the pool. Great location in the condo complex. As with all first floor condos, you do hear the movement of the neighbors upstairs. The host has provided sound machines to help with that. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo.

Perfect for girls weekend

Very clean, new build. Convenient location - walking distance to marina with boat rentals and restaurant. Good inventory of cooking utensils and supplies. Pretty marina view. Not too crowded but there are people around and sometimes audible late night but never a problem - just to note if you're looking for seclusion. Pool and outdoor grills also super clean.

Magnificent Lake Condo

This property is immaculate! The owners are such amazing people adding special touches for your stay. Smores treats, toys for toddlers and plenty of family games. It is absolutely an awesome place to stay. We will stay there again!

Yearly trip with grandkids to Possum Kingdom Lake

Wonderful place to stay, very well stocked condo with everything a family could ask for. The only sad thing was the property owners graciously furnished everything to make smores on the beautiful firepit right outside our balcony which really excited the grandkids, but the valve key to turn the gas on to the pit was missing. We would definitely recommend this condo to our family and friends.

Beautiful condo!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It’s a first floor beautifully decorated lake condominium with plenty of space! The kitchen is well stocked and the owners were so sweet to leave us a s’mores kit to enjoy around the outside fire pit. The owners have done a beautiful job of creation a perfect vacation spot! The community pool with a hot tub is just a few steps away. We came for the weekend and brought our boat. Although boat parking either on land or water isn’t available on site, there is a gravel lot near that we parked our truck and trailer. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Must visit!

We had an amazing long-weekend at the condo! The place was spotless and the best location on the property. Away from the pool so it was safe for those with kids to not worry about wandering out and falling in and directly by the fire pit that hosted countless hours of family time! Beautifully decorated and stocked with all the necessities even a s’mores kit for the fire pit! So thoughtful! Both rooms had sound machines that kept the baby/kids asleep despite the adults staying up playing card games until late in the night. The property was immaculate with an outdoor kitchen by the Pool for cookouts and all electronic access to all amenities made it seamless to get in and out of anywhere without having to keep up with physical keys during the trip. Will absolutely be returning and re-booking this exact condo.

We chose this property so that we could literally "turn a key" relax and spend time as a family. We have historically been regular cruisers, but due to the pandemic and our cautions, we decided to invest in a vacation home close by. We wanted to feel like we were "a million miles away", but didn't step foot in an airplane or find ourselves in an overpopulated space. This property absolutely 100% fits the bill for us! We do nothing but walk in, relax and enjoy the amenities and natural beauty all around us.

Spectacular location with everything you need right here. Bring your mountain bike or hiking boots to take in incredible breathtaking views. (trailhead 1/2 mile away)another walking trail next to us. Swim, fish, boat, water ski, walk trails, work out in the fitness center, swim in the pool, hot tub, get a massage on site...watch the sunrise/sunset, enjoy smores at the fire pit... WE LOVE IT!
