Welcome to my home!

Located in a modern apartment complex surrounding a green courtyard with vibrant green grass, small trees and a stone path leading to the main lobby.
My 36m² flat is on the ground floor with direct access to the courtyard via a large sliding glass door, and is fully furnished with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. You’ll be just a 30-minute walk from the famous Eiffel Tower, the Champs de Mars and (a few minutes further on) the Hôtel des Invalides!

The main feature of the studio room is the layout of the bed. Guests will find a modern, spacious room featuring a double bed – complete with hotel-quality bed linen and towels – and a sofa. It is equipped with a widescreen TV, an armchair and a glass coffee table. The wide-screen TV and armchair are perfect for unwinding and relaxing. The sliding glass door opens onto the courtyard, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air and lush greenery.

The property’s kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you need. It offers a magnificent view of the courtyard and is fitted with a mini-fridge and an electric hob. It also features a Nespresso machine with complimentary coffee pods, a toaster, a microwave and an electric kettle.

The bathroom is conveniently equipped with a bath, a washer-dryer, a clothes horse and a washbasin. Toiletries and fresh towels are provided at no extra cost. The toilet is separate from the bathroom and is located in its own cubicle. There is also a storage room with a built-in wardrobe and a mirror.

The studio is always cleaned by professionals and thoroughly sanitised for your safety.

Welcome to Auteuil, one of the most prestigious neighbourhoods in all of Paris. Here in the 16th district, you'll find beautiful architecture, world-renowned museums, and a wealth of restaurants and bars. The Parc André Citroën is a must-see, as is the Musée Marmottan Monet. If you're looking for a wine fix, the Wine Museum is a great place to start. And for a charming escape from the city, don't miss the Jardin des Serres d’auteuil or the Maison de Balzac.

Auteuil is centrally located and just a 10-minute drive from the Eiffel Tower. The Bois de Boulogne is also close by, providing acres of forest and parkland for running, biking, or just taking a peaceful stroll. With its close proximity to diplomats and wealthy tourists, Auteuil is the perfect spot to people-watch and soak up some high-class Parisian atmosphere. A few steps away from the apartment building is the Metro Station Jasmin (line 9), from there you can take the train to Michel-Ange - Auteuil for Line 10. There's also a plethora of bus stations nearby as well.

Services like UBER, G7 and Le Cab are available to download and use in Paris.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (14:00hrs).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at a minimum.
