Great location & Great House! Love the ability to explore the quaintness of East Nashville and its restaurants but literally 5 minute UBER into the Chaos of Lower Broadway 😆 Highly recommended!!

The property was great - great location - walking distance to places to eat - breweries and music. Short uber/taxi to the Gultch and downtown. The home was very clean, spacious and a great private backyard. The hosts were available if needed and checked in to make sure we had all we needed but otherwise let us enjoy the space.Highly recommended - if we ever head back to Nashville we will check the availability 1st.Thank you,Scott, Todd, Chris and Craig

Great Getaway

This house was a perfect fit for us! We love the four spacious bedrooms and three full baths! The off street parking in the back is wonderful. It was a five minute uber ride to Broadway and walking distance to local bars/eateries! We love staying here!

Perfect house so close to the Nashville scene

We had a delightful stay in this Nashville home. Close to all the local activities downtown. Mary Lou and Jeff are great communicators and checked in with us to make sure our stay was going well. Highly recommend this house.

Nashville getaway

Very fun trip. Enjoyed Broadway Street any many other things. House was in a great spot, close to many things. Clean, nice neighborhood and great parking for our trailer w/motorcycles. Owners responded quickly and very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again if in Nashville.

Enjoyed our stay

The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. It was nice to have a washer and dryer because it rained very hard one day while we out enjoying Nashville and we all needed to wash and dry clothes. The owners are very nice and their communication is excellent.

Great hosts

This our second visit to this property and we were not disappointed. We had an issue with the TV on the first night and the next morning Jeff was there and installed a new TV! Thank you Mary Lou and Jeff.

This house was great, it was close to downtown but far enough we felt safe and away from city traffic. Loved the back yard parking. Sat on the swing out front a couple evenings and enjoyed the quiet night air. With 7 women the 3 bathrooms was perfect.the house was quaint and not overly decorated. The check out process was easy and the property manager kept in communication during our stay.we were never more than a 20 minute drive away from our activities. Owners offered advice about dining options and advised about parking on broadway . Would definitely stay here again if im ever back in Tennessee..

Quick Birthday Celebration

The communication with Mary Lou (owner) was fantastic before/during/after our stay. This home has clearly undergone a major remodel. The kitchen, bathrooms, living room and bedrooms are all very clean. The beds are more comfortable and better quality than most of the other homes I have rented. The house is located in a great neighborhood that is a10 minute Uber to downtown. There are also numerous restaurants within walking distance to the house. It was a hot weekend during our stay and the AC worked great. This is the perfect house for your Nashville getaway!

Nashville couples retreat 2023

The house was comfortable and stocked with the basic supplies as noted. Best part were the mornings and sitting on the patio drinking coffee and determining the day's activities. Jeffery the next-door neighbor cat will make an appearance but he is no nuisance. The neighborhood has some barking dogs but only for 5 to10 minutes. We umbered most the time, but the walk downtown is 2 plus miles and scenic. East Nashville piano bar and dive bars are within walking distance. The house was comfortable and met our needs and expecttions.

Just what we needed all at walking distance!

Wanted something close to Broadway and this was it! We were able to sightsee around downtown Nashville with short 5-10 minute car rides. When we would get back home to rest, there were so many locals where we ate breakfast, lunch, and had drinks for dinner everyday within walking distance! So much to do locally around the actual home that we almost forgot about downtown! Again, all within walking distance! Home was great! Had all amenities and had extra items in the kitchen as to coffee and spices. The only thing is that if you have gamers, there is only one tv and that’s in the living room. We didn’t mind at all and my son didn’t either but just a heads up if traveling with younger ones. Overall I can see how this house has 5 Stars! The host was great at answering all of our questions and concerns. Had a list of things to do and where to eat! Beds were big and comfy! We had more than enough room for our party of 7. We would definitely rent this home out if we came back again!

This house was perfect for our trip. We traveled with a group of 8 for a 40th bday. House was plenty big enough with good bathrooms to accommodate all our needs. Neighborhood was quiet and the backyard is private. We felt safe hanging out here and walked twice to and from restaurants. Not sure I would walk it at night but that goes for most places these days. I’d definitely stay here again with a group.

3 retired couples, 2 couples, first time. Explored the downtown area, Printers Alley, and Gaylord Hotel. Great trip! We all will return! The House & Host we’re perfect!

Empty nest get away

Couples empty nester trip! We made the trip to nashville to celebrate being empty nesters and this home was perfect for us. Every couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. It was perfectly located to restaurants and bars within walking distance. And also close enough to downtown. The amenities at this house we’re great and if you run out of something the grocery store is right around the corner. Book this house you won’t regret!

Nice place. We had 6 people & were happy with house as well as location. There was fenced-in parking in the back that made it easy to load & unload the car. We used Uber to get downtown—much cheaper than parking. Extremely good communication with the owner.

This place is in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything you could possibly want. The owners are very helpful with info on the area. They are also quick to respond to messages.

The house was perfect for our group

The house was perfect for our group! There were seven of us, so four bedrooms and three bathrooms worked out perfect. We loved the location of this home. So many restaurant and entertainment options within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!
