- There is an exterior security camera on this property over looking the driveway.
- There is a completely separate Airbnb on the ground level of the complex that we rent to couples only. Your home is not above or below this as the apartment is off to the side of the structure on the ground level.

CHECKIN & CHECKOUT

- CHECKIN: is at 4:00 PM. If our cleaners finish early we will send you the check in information as soon as the house is ready. There is no guarantee of an early check in nor can we give you a specific time.

- CHECKOUT: is at 10:00 AM. Unfortunately in order to get the home ready for the next guest in time we are unable to accommodate any late check outs. In addition our cleaners do charge infraction fees if they need to wait on guests to leave past 10:00 AM

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

HOW FAR IS THE BEACH?
The beach is about three blocks from the house so it is definitely within walking distance, however, we always recommend driving as you do have to cross one busier street. There are several free parking beach accesses within a 2 minute drive. Also, we provide beach chairs so it is a bit easier to take everything to the beach via car!

IS THERE A GRILL?
Unfortunately No. Due to wing we do not allow grills.

WHAT SHOULD WE BRING?
- Beach Towels
- Additional coffee and paper products that you may need
- Any additional items you may need that we do not provide
- Laundry detergent, bleach, dryer sheets and or anything you need for washer and dryer.
