We understand that every guest has different experiences to compare, and while you felt our rate was a bit high, we do carefully price the home in line with similar lakeside properties in our area to reflect the amenities, location, and overall experience offered. Regarding the deposit, we completely understand your concern. The $1500 hold and the two-week release timeframe are policies managed directly by VRBO, and unfortunately, they aren’t something we as owners are able to adjust. We truly appreciate you pointing this out, as it helps future guests understand the process before booking. We’re grateful you chose our home and are delighted you had a great experience overall.
