Spacious and newly renovated historical house with modern indoor styling and complete amenities. Centrally located in the heart of San Antonio surrounded by historical homes preserving what San Antonio was like 100 years ago.

You’ll love it here because it's bright, sunny and equipped with high-speed WiFi connection, Smart TV, cozy beds, fully functional kitchen and a designated parking spot.
- If you would like to extend your stay, please give us notice before 7 pm tonight so we can check our calendar and reschedule the cleaning for tomorrow. Any notice after 7pm will be charged an Admin fee of $30. We charge this because our third-party cleaner will be charging us a trip fee for the late notice of the change in the cleaning schedule tomorrow.

Very spacious bedrooms with fresh and crisp linen and relaxing mattresses. Bathroom comes with shampoo/conditioner and body wash dispensers. Blow dryer and iron ready and set of fresh white towels and hand towels. Kitchen also has all the basic kitchen set-up, with a microwave, coffee maker and more.

The unit is located on the first floor in a 4-apartment complex with a parking lot that is shared with the other guests.

Nice stay

Overall a very good rental. Things to note: the bedrooms are adjoining separated by French doors with thin curtains and the kitchen cooking area is much smaller than it appears. The off street parking was nice as was the location.

Quaint quiet place

The place was overall great. Kids found hair in their bed but other than that it was as described on the website. Neighborhood was quiet and getting to different places was a breeze.

In town for a funeral

We enjoyed our stay and the neighborhood of this property. The place has a different layout that took a minute to get used to but had everything that we could need. There a few things that I would like to suggest. The french doors in the entrance could use a lock. We did not feel secure with another person sharing the entrance. And the place could use a good deep cleaning

The property is good and big, the only thing is that the walls are very thin and if someone is staying on the floor above yours you can hear their steps very loudly. The house was clean and very spacious, parking lot was good too. Communication with the host wasn’t the best at the beginning but it got better by the end. Would definitely recommend.

Place was overall good. Quiet neighborhood with nice window lighting. I do have to say that there are some things that I think need changing/improvement. The second front double door could use a lock. I did not feel very comfortable sleeping in the place because of the lack of locks(also one on bedroom). A deep cleaning of the window frames inside as well as the ventilation need to be cleaned. Space could be used more efficiently, living room could have another larger couch. As well as dressers in the room for storing clothes. Home has potential, but details needs to be considered.

Spacious & comfortable but needs maintenance.

Our family occupied this rental for a week while attending graduation at Lackland AFB, 20 mins drive. Location was quiet and friendly. Not much nearby other than a small coffee shop few blocks away. The unit is much bigger than expected. clean and somewhat comfortable, but ignored, needs TLC. furniture in living room left much to be desired, seats are hard and more seating would be appreciated, such a waste of good space. 3 of us had hard time finding relaxation here. The dining area was great. The bedrooms are fine, beds get mixed reviews, some said comfortable others too hard. No dresser drawers for clothes, closets available. The kitchen and bathroom are in desperate need of repairs and where we found the most discontent. Not enough of anything in the kitchen. They left just enough plates for 3 of us. I would not describe as fully equipped, no courtesy essentials like foil, bags, spices or coffee. There’s a Keurig station but no Keurig. very small coffee pot only makes 4 cups at a time. everything needs attention; cabinets, stove, floors. The bathroom is also disappointing. It’s a good size but broken shower head needs to be replaced. The water gets nice and HOT with good pressure but the faulty head makes it impossible to enjoy. shower curtain too small does not wrap around tub so water gets out. One mirror in house is small bathroom mirror. The AC worked well. Quiet until others came in upstairs, we could hear EVERYTHING! Great communication from hosts. Felt safe. Thanks

A Charming Stay

Very clean and charming place. Offered all essentials. Loved taking walks in the mature neighborhood filled with trees. Owner was very communicative and accomodating.

Adorable apartment with charm

We can to San Antonio to spend a few days with our daughter who is stationed at Lackland AFB. The apartment was perfect for our needs. It was a short drive to the Riverwalk and great restaurants. The hots were attentive to be sure we had everything we needed. It was overall a positive experience.

Decent little place for the price

The property was cutely decorated! It was fairly clean. It could have used a good cleaning on the floors cuz it felt dusty and things were on our bare feet. But it wasn’t horrible. We got there late so it was difficult to find the door for checkin since it was dark. The beds were small, quite uncomfortable and pretty short. I’m 5’2 and my feet hung off the end. I had asked for extra towels but didn’t get them til after we showered and reused the dirty ones. (After 10 pm) the Cleaning lady had something come up which is cool. But we had just floated the river so we felt gross. They were pretty quick to respond when I had questions. The washer and dryer was convenient. And they even left us some washing pods which was awesome! The front door mechanism was messed up and I tried for 20 minutes to get it to lock on our way out. It never did work so we had to leave out the back door which is fine. Overall spacious and a decent stay for the price. Wish the beds were more comfortable. They had a very thin blanket on top but it worked out vector was muggy during our stay otherwise I feel like we would have been cold.

Cool House

The house was a cool old building with a lot of charm. Everything was exactly as advertised. Everything you needed for your stay was provided. Highly recommend this hose.
