This property is a Myrtle Beach landmark and features an expansive pool deck with indoor and outdoor pools. On-site you will find the Ground Floor Cafe, proudly serving Starbucks and sweet treats. Indigo Coastal Kitchen on the second floor is open for breakfast and dinner. Hours vary by season. During our warmest months, we open our pool bar during our warmest months and schedule live entertainment on the pool deck.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Our room was exacatly as pictured. Good view, 3rd floor, really clean. Would definitely rent again. This is my 3rd stay thru Vacasa. No complaints at all.

Not the best unit

Have stayed there several times in other units and they were great. This one sofa bed was uncomfortable, sofa smelled like wet dog and air conditioner was extremely noises. The staff there was extremely nice though.

This is our second stay at Patricia Grand and am saddened to report is feels cheap and trashy! Rip in the couch, vanity drawer broken (or missing) balcony was very dirty, dark hallways and dirty elevators! Memorial weekend = bike week which we did not know, N Ocean Blvd was blocked all weekend, traffic and revving engines all day/night!

Pick a different room.

Don’t book room 308. It needs renovations desperately. It was dirty, the shower head barely works and you can’t use the tub at all, the room was extremely musty (worse than any beach condo I’ve rented before). The bed was sooo uncomfortable. The actual hotel - Patricia Grand - wasn’t bad and had good views and amenities like all the pools. Staff is nice. Just do not book this room. Save your money. We ended our stay a night early we were so dissatisfied.

Poor condition

Unit is in very poor overall condition, microwave didn’t work, moved a chair & there was all kinds of nasty stuff on the carpet. Also room is located near main laundry so hallway is often blocked. This side of resort only offers 2 elevators so it can take a long time before it comes to your floor & often is already full. Fortunately this unit was on 3rd floor so took stairs mostly.

The room was very dated for sure. The microwave did not work correctly and the deadbolt on the door did not work. We were interrupted by someone wanting to come in and spray for pests during our stay. I thought that was bad business. Should have waited till we had left first. The bed was comfortable and the a/c worked well though quite musty smelling. If you are looking for a place to stay and had other options I would consider them over this one.

Room was smaller than photos portrayed. Room needs an upgrade, more items didn’t work than did. Long wait for elevators.

Nice stay

Nice room layout. Needs updating. All drains had a slight sewer smell when being used. Great view. Kitchen nicely stocked. Great balcony. Impossible to find TV channels in bedroom, kept flipping from analog to digital. You know the mattress is bad when you walk in the room and see it U shaped. Had to sleep on the very edge. Pillows were great tho. Easy parking across street. Would come back again, but ask for new mattress.

Maintenance was sent to the home to check the drains and they appear to be okay. The bed frame has been replaced. The channel guide is on channel 2 and we put channel guides in each unit. What a view!!!!

If you're looking for high-end this place is not for you. The building is fairly old BUT...you can't beat the view and the location. Walking distance to so many places to eat and ten-minute drive to anything else you might need or want...boardwalk, mini golf, restaurants, etc. if you can drag yourself away from the glorious beach. Sit on the balcony and listen to the waves crash and lay in bed to watch the perfect sunrise. Breathtaking! We used the indoor heated pool (too cold for the ocean or the outdoor pool) and the hot tubs (outdoor was the best) and even the lazy river. Our room had been updated so it was totally comfortable for two people. We ate far too much seafood and ice cream! Told my family they need to go. We'll be back!

Owner needs to update unit!

So, Location was GREAT! Pools, Hottubs and Lazy River were all GREAT! The restaurant was good, buffet not worth the price but ordering off the menu was a better option. My check in was smooth. The unit I was in #308 was old, run down furniture, carpet needed a good deep cleaning. When I arrived to the room the room seemed clean but upon further inspection I found a large cobwebs in all the windows and sliding doors!!! The water pressure in the bathroom was HORRIBLE! All the time no matter what you did! I felt the need to lysol ALL areas I came in contact with not just because of COVID-19 but in general!! The bed was comfortable but the pillows were very soft. The place was booked so getting another suite was impossible!...The reason I gave it 3 stars was because of the Location, the friendliness of the staff and the amenities. They did send maintenance to clean the cobwebs out of the windows and sliding doors and did refund me the booking fee....

We spent 9 nights here in July. We had a great time. The staff seemed very helpful with check in and any questions we had. The restaurant/lounge was great. We ended up eating there more than going out. Everything seemed clean and I’m working order. We were very happy and will return.
