Apartment in the heart of the resort, right on the slopes

This perfectly located accommodation offers direct access to the valley and the ski slopes.
We are right in the heart of the “Le Lioran” ski resort at an elevation of 1,255 meters.
Several small shops are at your disposal. Everything is within walking distance. You’ll find everything you need to rent equipment, buy your ski pass, and more.
Parking is available in front of the residence.
A secure storage area (with a padlock and key) is available in the building’s ski storage room.
The apartment is located on the upper first floor. It offers a direct view of the valley, the Plomb du Cantal, and the slopes.
Vehicle: Be sure to bring snow chains or anti-skid tire covers in case of snowfall (during heavy snowfall, the police will block your access to the resort if you are not properly equipped).

The apartment includes a small bedroom with a single bed. An entryway/hallway with a single bed in the alcove, a toilet, a bathroom with a tub and sink, a living/dining room with a fold-down table, a kitchenette, a small oven, and a sofa bed, plus a balcony.

Bed linens and towels are not provided.
