PARKING
Up To 5 vehicles. No trailers allowed due to city ordinance. Please make arrangements ahead of time for your boat trailers. Nearest Marina is 3 miles away at Lake LBJ Yacht Club and Marina.

GUEST ACCESS
The property is equipped with an electronic keypad door lock. Your code will be sent to you via Vrbo messaging or text message the morning of your check-in date.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Horseshoe Bay is an amazing community located in the Texas Hill Country. We are 15 minutes away from Marble Falls, about an hour from Austin, 3 hours from Houston, and 3.5 hours from Dallas. Lake LBJ is certainly a highlight, but don’t forget the hill country vineyards, as well as Fredericksburg, are only a short drive away. The golf course is located within 2 miles. You will have no problems finding things to do in this wonderful centralized location!! There is so much to see in the beautiful hill country!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
* No smoking inside of the home. Outdoor smoking permitted. Butts are to be disposed of in the butt can provided. Any violation will result in a $200 fee.
* No dogs allowed. Any pets brought onto the property will be subject to a $500 fee.
* Must be at least 25 years old to book.
* Max Occupancy is 15 people.
* Please avoid using glass tableware or glass bottles near the lake.
* Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am, please be mindful of the neighbors. No loud music.
